Britbox Reviews Summary

BritBox garners mixed feedback, with many customers expressing appreciation for its diverse and engaging content, particularly in the realm of British television. However, significant concerns arise regarding the platform's technical reliability and customer service. Users frequently encounter issues with streaming interruptions, difficulties in canceling subscriptions, and unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations over billing practices. The overall sentiment suggests that while the content quality is valued, the user experience is hampered by navigational challenges and inadequate assistance, prompting some customers to seek alternatives. Addressing these operational shortcomings could enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Britbox has some great shows. However... you dont get the seasons in sequence... the show I am currently watching has season 1 and season 18... so frustrating especially when you get into the characters and 17 seasons later its a whole new cast!

Promise more, get less
October 17, 2017

When I saw the list of BBC programs presented, I signed up with cautious enthusiasm. Too many unfulfilled promises. When I sign in, I get the same as any net surfer. I have to dig and dig to get back to any of my programs. No record kept of viewing. Then, on a number of good shows with many seasons, they have maybe one season or two. And many of the BBC shows I was hoping were buried somewhere in the jumble of snippets were never even mentioned. Only a very small part of the BBC library is offered. I'll cancel after 3 months and try Acorn. They seem a bit more forthcoming with what they have.
