Easy and stress free booking for long haul holiday with good flights nearest local airport.
Worst post sales experiance I ever had. They refused to provide receipts in timely fashion (thye quoted 4 weeks to provide!?). When receipt arrived it was in Euros when they collected GBP at source. When I asked for receipt in current collected, they said another 4 weeks. And asked to speak to manager and they refused. Complained via their web site without any reply. NEVER again with bravofly.
Everything was fine until I had to return home. I was charged additional costs for "security". Only for my carrier (Ryanair). For all other carriers (everywhere in the world as far as I know) this was included in the ticket price. When booking NOTHING was mentioned on the website.
This is illegal as it contradicts European law. But as an individual customer probably not worth filing a complaint for.
Anyway, I'll avoid this in future. Last time I booked through Bravofly or with Ryanair. This is apparently what they call "the new customer friendly" Ryanair. Right.

No problems at all with the website, but it was annoying that you could only print out your boarding card 7 days before your flight - I had to remember to do this on the morning of departure for my return boarding card when I was busy enough getting ready for the holiday. If I had been on a 2week holiday it would have meant ferreting round on holiday to find somewhere to print my boarding cards.
Paid prices that were quoted. No hidden costs. Extremely good airfare found. Easy to navigate.
Booking the flight tickets was easy enough. On-line check-in was a little bit more confusing.
HELP PLEASE URGENT
Booked with ryanair, through bravofly... cant print boarding pass as the "email address" which i have to use (which is entirely made up by them) does not work. Nor does my ACTUAL email address work... therefore i cannot get through ryanairs security. Furthermore, they are refusing to give me the email address that bravofly have given them. I know the first part but i need the@... com or whatever ending. If anyone had the same issue... please can u private message me or w. E your email address that got you through. Thanks!
Broken my leg, cannot fly, phoned Bravofly to cancel booking, was told," Just don't turn up at airport". Told them I had to cancel booking, needed proof of cancelation to claim on my private insurance, they said " we'll send you a confirmation that you will not turn up" again asked for booking to be canceled, they then asked me to confirm cancelation to a recorded so answered their question confirming cancelation, then told me there would be an email sent to me. The email arrived headed "Request for cancelation" NOT what I asked for. When I checked the status of my booking, it was still live and NOT canceled. Phoned again and told them politely but firmly that I wanted a cancelation document emailed to me, another email arrived REQUESTING. CANCELATION and that the booking would remain live. NOT acceptable they refuse to cancel my booking. BEWARE! I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT USE BRAVOFLY THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER CARE AT ALL!,
Similar to many comments below - I do not recommend.
Flying with Ryanair is stressful enough without this middle man. I could not check in online using their reference number and their assigned email address. (WHY did they assign me a new email address?!?) Two tedious 'phone calls later, they "found" a new email address for me to use and with which to check in. (What was wrong with my own email address, used to book the flight!)
Literally the worst service i have received with any travel company, avoid them like the plague. Tragic company
Given incorrect information, refused the name of the operator as I would understand her name, hung up upon, numerous email ignored, unable to answer a simple question, refund taking twice the quoted time and still not received, passing the buck to the operating airline or bank, untrained, unprofessional staff and far the worst company I have ever had the unfortunate experience of doing business with them. I'd rather shovel coal on a ship for my passage for 2 months than ever have anything else to do with this appalling company. This company makes the dodgy businesses in South East Asia look like professionals. Do not book with them.
NB. You can't explain your company's mistakes Sofia. So no need to reply to this. Everyone please report any misdeeds to your card company and file complaints with the disputes team for reimbursement.
Rude, unhelpful and utterly incompetent staff. Will never, ever, ever use them again, ever! I strongly recommend you don't either.

We booked a return Qatar flight to Australia on-line with Bravo-Fly that later in the day could not be confirmed - we were contacted by phone to offer a similar timed Emirates flight at the same price which we agreed to. We were then sent our confirmation from Heathrow to Perth and back again (Via Dubai).
On the morning of the flight we went to check in 3 hours before at Heathrow, after queueing 45 mins we got to the counter to be told we were at the wrong airport and needed to be at Gatwick!
We went to the Emirates customer service desk to double check and yes Bravo fly had managed to book us a flight out of Gatwick and back in to Heathrow!
In addition they had even managed to send us the wrong confirmation for a flight that stated Heathrow it was both out and return to Heathrow (like we were told on the telephone too) - to our horror at this point it was 2 hours till the flight left and we were stood on a Friday morning at rush hour in Heathrow.
Thanks Bravo fly for all the stress you caused us!
We telephoned them from a cab en route to Gatwick (which cost £190) and they admitted the mistake told us to get a receipt and submit the claim to customers services... we've done that on return nearly two weeks ago and no-one has got back to us and are ignoring our e-mails.
DON'T BOOK WITH BRAVO FLY
My trip was the most unpleasant trip connection I have ever had in my lintier life.
The difference between the 2 trips was approx 1 hour Larnaca / Paris Charles De Gaulle - Paris Charles De Gaulle /Frant.
Also same from Frankfurtt /Paris Charles De Gaulle - Paris Charles De Gaulle Larnaca, also 1 hour.
The Problem was that aircraft arrive in different area than the one I should catch the other on, approx 8-9 KM. Which I passed running and couldn't get on plain as Air France didn't accept to issue the boarding pass for the both flights! What a mess.
AND I had a very big arrangement in the airport Paris Charles De Gaulle, with the information desk, which didnt accept to help us, and in that area D2, there was no Aifrance desk rather Cy airways desk. It was a miracle that we managed to get a person from CY AIRWAYS WHO HELPED US AND ACCOMPANIED US TILL WE REACHED THE PLAIN!

The flight was on time, smooth. Crew were helpful & cheerful. The price was very competitive.
First time we used bravofly and very impressed with website and booking and confirmation.
Would certainly recommend o others.
This company is so unprofessional. They put a hold on your credit card when you purchase your flight and when the actual airline increases their prices, this website isn't "informed right away" and when they put a hold on my credit card they emailed me 2 hours later saying the flight wasn't processed and the freeze on my account is still there its been 5 days, and because of them i am forced to purchase a flight for $700 more, and when I called bravofly to ask them to call my bank or do something to remove the hold they said it can take up to 20 DAYS to remove my hold and they refused to let me talk to their manager all they kept saying was sorry we cant do anything and i called on 3 separate days talking to separate customer service reps, and one of the reps hung up on me. If i actually had the time i'd sue this company because of the stress they gave me trying to book my flight 2 days before im supposed to leave because of this stupid hold. They take 2 bloody seconds to put the hold on your account but to remove it takes up to 20 days? Yea okay, get your useless company in order. I am NEVER going to book through this company again and i am sure i will tell others this as well.
Booked a flight for sat 27 June. Took my money, sent email say its not confirmed and they had not taken money. But they had. Fighting to get my money back. $#*! company
