I've had Boost for almost 10 years. This year my husband tried to buy me a new phone from Boost for my birthday. I never received the phone. Boost claimed it was delivered and has blamed UPS. Tried to get a refund. It's been 3 months, and Boost still refuses to refund my money. I have called upwards of 7 times. Different information every time. The most recent agent told me to dispute the charge with my bank to get the money back. I did dispute the charge, and now my account is suspended and I have NO SERVICE (even though I already paid for a month of pre-pay service) unless I PAY THE FULL PRICE OF THE PHONE I DID NOT RECEIVE. Is there a timeline to resolve this? No. Is there anything they will do? No. Do yourself a favor and find a different pre-pay company that has fair business practices and customer service.
During the spring of 2023, I believe it was around April, I tried to add my grandson to my account, which already had two lines for several years. I visited a store in Milford Delaware and they had difficulty adding another line to my account. There was a promotion at the time that said the additional line would cost $30 per month for the same plan that I had to purchase. Their excuse was that Boost was transitioning to a new system. After many visits to the store, I was told that they had to create a new account for the additional line, at $50 per month. Since my grandson needed a phone, I agreed. For several months I have been paying an additional $20 for his line.
Today, December 2,2023, I decided to stop at the BOOST store to see if I could add the additional line to my account. Hopefully, they had enough time to complete the transition. I was told that the only way to do that was to change the number for the additional line. NO WAY! That number was transferred when I opened the account, and it would create havoc to change it.
It appears that I'm being punished for their company being unable to add the line when I initially tried to add the additional line. Actually, I'm currently responsible for two separate accounts and paying $20 more monthly for a line that you promoted at $30.
With all the technology available today in cellular service, they should be able to add the line to my account without changing the number. Good business practice would also credit me for the approximately 7 months of the additional costs incurred.

Really bad customer service franchises not being held to a stand speaking to customers anyway, they want. Taking your Money and trying not to give you any returns. Even when the equipment does not work for you. I recommend no one used this company. It's impossible to speak to someone from boost in the United States. Nothing but a run around.
Boost really fell off. I was with them for over 10 years and it was great. Left for two, came back, and now they just treat customers like garbage. I opened NINE new lines with them and since day one its been nothing but issues. Incompetent agents putting the wrong phone numbers. The same phone number on multiple accounts, their system has locked my phone for a total of 7 days. They had no idea why or how and I haven't been compensated for the time that I wasn't getting service. All of the agents lie. You get a different story from each one. 25+ hours on the phone and they don't care at all about the inconvenience and hassle they cause. Rude and uneducated agents who relish the act of wasting your time and patronizing you. One by one I will be transferring my lines out. I don't care if I have to pay more. My time is more valuable. Also, the service absolutely SUCKS. The data wastes SO inaccurately fast. Never used more than 5gb a month with the other carrier and now 5gb in less than a week. Absolute SCAM.
I am beside myself because of how poor Boost is at everything. It has been nearly a week since porting my number to the carrier but nothing is happening. Every Boost employee says a different thing and no one seems to know what they're doing.
Unfortunately, I've had to buy the SIM card for another carrier for a burner number to get me through the holiday season while I figure this out.
I went to sugarhouse boost store Angie helped me and was very helpful and informative on my options as opposed to I've been to several boost stores and have gotten nowhere I highly recommend Angie epbows if anybody has had the same issues just want to give a number 5 rating
Doesn't even provide the service you pay for. Customer service is terrible, they lie and push you off. Problems are not dealt with and the service is so slow it's not worth the headache
For the past five months or so Boost Mobile has offered abysmal and ineffective customer service, overpriced billing for what they offer, and poor coverage in many places that I visit. They do not work with you at all. Something changed and it changed for the worse. Avoid and find another service; that's what I'm doing.
I bought what was supposed to be a new iPhone 11 for $50 then spent over $600 to get three phones and all the plans after 5 months the phone one of the phones went pure black took it into boost that there was no water damage nothing wrong with it to call insurance when called insurance they tell me it's $175 to replace even though we only had it 5 months or less and there was no water damage or nothing wrong with it boost would not do nothing to make this right it obviously was a glitch in the phone when I called a place to repair it they said they have received several calls from people from boost that have problems with these iPhone 11s and boost still wouldn't replace it worst company ever
They sold me a phone for $170 with a phone plan that included a 50 GB hotspot. They never explained to me that I would not be able to change my phone plan. Now I don't need the hotspot and I want to reduce my phone plan to the cheapest one, but they say I can't and that I'm stuck with this expensive plan.
I have never in my life heard of buying a phone and not being able to change the plan!?! I feel like I've been ripped off by the people that sold me this phone. No one explained to me I was stuck with the plan I was picking and I am super unhappy and I would recommend that anyone go to any place else than here. Boost Mobile is called boost for a reason and the old days people boosted radios now they boost the money out of your pocket. They ripped me off! So now my phone is a Wi-Fi phone I guess.
Made a payment of $30 on Dec 1st at 1:14 am said never received but was confirmed as completed. They disconnected my service went to store in Roxborough Pa where bought phone the girl told me can't help call 611 then called their service reps said oh will be reinstated in 24-72 hr.s and then claimed I owed $58.00 they are the worst carrier and now I have the BBB involved so they can deal with their fly by Night bull$#*! they were down for 2 months awhile back and couldn't access any of my information.I wouldn't ever go back to them again they suck and all their reps are programmed to do is say oh I'm so sorry you are having this problem. That's all they understand to say.
They took my money, and I received nothing but a technical heart ache for the Christmas season.

Don't ever order a phone boost infinite online. The software doesn't work as it should. Enter my phone number so I could my number. Then I was going to enter my wife's number but the app moved to fast and no f__king back bottom. Call boost and they told me there was nothing they could do. Then on another call still trying to resolve phone number issue, then a … helper told me if we paid off my wife's new phone we could easily exchange phone number. LIE, LIE,LIE! I tried going boost mobile and that was like working chimpanzees. Agents KNOW NOTHING and DO NOTHING. They don't sh_t. I decided to go back to Verizon and they are in the process of switching back. It kind of suck when you call for customer service and they lie, change their stories and totally, TOTALLY incompetent, rude and might well stupid looking. I don't think boost (Bust Infinite). The worst is they lying, uninformed and unprofessional. I would buy nickel candy from BUST INFINITE. BE WARNED, DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOOLS.
I have been a loyal customer to boost for 7 years and decided to upgrade my phone. While browsing the phones I was interested in the new Z flex and wanted to see if there was a payment plan, not knowing that when your card is linked to auto pay that it purchases the phone immediately. As this happened I realized my address was not updated. I don't believe this because I was already lied to. I was also told by the first supervisor that my upgrade promotion will be back on my account so I will still get a discount on a new phone. Well that was a lie too, the rep. Named Lady told me pretty much there is nothing they can do. They gave me a credit for one month but thats not enough to go through what i went through with BOOST. I did everything I could to cancel it right away and I have been put through emotion torture over this. $1000 is a lot of money to be missing out of my account when I called to cancel right away. Anyone can see their ratings are garbage. Dont get Boost!
I just to have service with boost mobile but my internet never works and it was worst inside the store, I buy a new iPhone but when I switch from boost to another company they block my phone and I haven been able to use my cell phone I been struggling for more than 6 months now because they don't moved it out from stolen list. And I payed cash. I am really disappointed and mad with this company really because the service really sucks. And the help too. Careful bat you buy in boost Mobil because they don't care about you they don't help people with their device they just want money.
I have been a boost customer for over 15 yrs I only kept them cause the phone bill was cheap but there service stinks they don't compensate you or satisfy your needs to make you happy customer… I will be switching phone company's very soon… if you're a business person and you travel please don't get with this company your $#*! will be stranded and they will not help you wether you're out of data or not your phone shouldn't take 30 mins to connect. Boost Mobile worst service ever, dropped calls, calls don't go through, and when they do go through it loses signal and the other party you are calling hangs up because they think you are not on the phone anymore. What a rip off, this service should be FREE, they really shouldn't even be open doing business. DON'T BUY ANY BOOST MOBILE PHONES!
I was a loyal Boost Mobile customer for 15 years. Recently, my account was suspended because Boost failed to apply my payment to my account. I went without a phone for almost a week. After calling customer service numerous times, and not getting the issue resolved, I dropped Boost and went with another provider. Fifteen years of being a loyal and that's the treatment I get? The entire customer service department has been outsourced to India. Good 'ol American capitalism.
I bought 1 GB of extra data ever receive it the said I used it which I didn't. Boost steal people money plain and simple. Now all iPhone users don't have option you have to have the $40 plan. Customer service keep you waiting just to tell you they can't help. Then have a nerve to send surveys to see how service is. What a joke. And you can't get phone unlock to go to a new company until you had service for a year but they don't tell you that in the beginning.
