I don't have boost mobile I have cricket mobile same price better coverage and more options but boost mobile still took money from my bank account and I have spoken to them numerous times and they will not refund my money I'm getting a lawyer involved and suing them I will not recommend them ever if you want a good carrier go to cricket

2nd time they did a "maintenance update" and I've been w/o service! I am a supervisor & I use my cell for work as well as personal. Then they only give you a $3 credit for 24hrs no phone?! Unacceptable! Currently looking for a new carrier!

I purchased 2 phones from boost! This was in May! Well the phones barely. I miss all types of phone calls. I have had a person to tell me I have called you 5 times? Phone never rung. During phone calls service breaks up! When trying to make a phone I can't call out. On my second phone it is always saying server unreachable! I am so fed up.Turning the phone off and back on do not help. After a min on the phone the person on the other end says they can not her me! Bills are paid on this $#*!ed up lines yes I'm piss. Boost / sprint your services are bull$#*!!

Horrible company! RUN!

I was with boost for a decade. Recently things went downhill fast. Once dish network took over it turned to sh*#. Now you cannot add extra data, even if you want to pay the ridiculous $5 for 1gb or $10 for 2 gb. They will no longer allow you. They also no longer allow you to restart your plan if you run out of data. They tell you to wait until your bill is due then they can restart it.wtf. I paid $20 for 4 GB of data (online)to find out they would not add it. They gave me a $20 credit to my account. I was on vacation and stranded with no data to use maps. I had to switch to at&t (MUCH BETTER!) However, boost screwed me by not unlocking my phone that I paid for in-full. I was forced to buy a new phone. I reported them to the FCC and recently someone from boost emailed me the unlock code (which doesn't work!) Also, they still owe me back my $20.00. I'm not closing the FCC complaint until I get my phone unlocked and my money refunded. These people are scam artists! They need a class action lawsuit against them for locking people's phones to their company and refusing to unlock. That's theft.

Cheap for a reason

I had Boost Mobile for 13 years. In that time service got worse and worse to the point where for years it became clear I was not receiving all of my texts. When I finally switched to another service provider, I tested the group texts and large file texts that I never received with Boost. Guess what? They all work now. If you want to risk failed romances, ended friendships and family torn apart by miscommunications, go with Boost.

Boost Mobile is a piss poor quality service provider. The phone quality is horrible.
The internet connection quality is slow, screen freezes up.
Everything about Boost Mobile leaves me furious and feeling ripped off!
This country; American use to have standards for products and service quality. Why is it that prices continue to rise, quality service continues to decline. And not enough people are fed up with this capitalist gutting screwjob by the rich & corporate greedy b*stards?!

Run away!

I was a Republic Wireless customer, bought out by Dish, then bought out by Boost. I provided the information Boost requested to set up my account. My telephone number and email were requested to access my account; neither worked on the computer or the phone app! I tried to call to talk to them, waited on hold forever, then the connection was so bad I couldn't understand them. Based on that experience, I told them I was canceling my service with them and moving to another provider. They repeatedly gave me misinformation making it extremely difficult to change carriers. I would never, ever do business with them. Pure Talk is a better option fellow Republic Wireless friends!

The $#*!tards at Boost give a new meaning to incompetence, quick to take your money, and $#*! lousy piss poor slow to refund when they $#*! up.
This is what I get for being a broke muther$#*!er using a service provider that operates out of a pinto car trunk. Better off using tin cans and strings maybe even pigeons to communicate.

Run Far Far Away Like Forest

I initially was drawn to boost mobile thinking it was the same as the service from the days Sprint offered it. The price was reasonable. Process was smooth getting the phone. When I received my device I still had my AT&T phone. When I received my first phone call at while at my home the service was pretty bad. I had to walk outside to take business calls. I reached out to boost they stated "the tower in your area is down and there is no ETA on when it will be back up." I was still in my 30 day window so I called to return the phone. The representative stated I could switch to the AT&T network. That was a lie. She was only attempting to get me to keep the phone a few more days so that I would not be able to return the phone. Also, if you go over on data you will not be able to do simple things on the internet like pick up your target order. My internet speed was 470 KBPS. Also to out the icing on the cake after returning the phones. Boost charged my account $1700 after confirming they recieved the devices back and also refunding my money from activation. This company sucks. Dont try going into a local location. Its like a hood gas station cell phone provider. They should quit and sell phone cases and chargers.

I've been a customer for a long time
Who ever changed things really screwed things up. Unwanted text messages horrible customer service and net off for hours at a time. Will be changing service asap. Only thing they boost in your money.

Worst phone company

I tried to change my plan to different phone plan but I've been told by online chat to go to the store and the store told me to do it over the phone so I called them and they said they can't do it over the phone I have to cast online. I was tired and I gave up I tried to change it myself but it doesn't wok

Went to a store where person was improperly trained. Phone was not set up properly. Did that near work on break. Next day I went to store near my house. They wanted me to spend another $200 on top of the $150 I spent the day before to get phone on a new account, but phone was supposed to be already linked to my original account. Never fixed the problem and said that was not our store so it's not our problem. I guess boost does not work as a team and will be switching phone companies. I hope this boost your opinion of this company. They are only there to boost your money.

Boost disappointment

Been w Boost for 3 years now, everything was golden until Boost got new ownership. Now everything is literal $#*!. Literal. Cut my service off a week before plan is due, and yet they can't seem to do nothing about it. This is not the first time that happened since the new ownership. Boost use to be Gr8, now I cannot recommend them, and I won't. Disappointing, inconvenient, annoying server that loves to cut your service off a week early before it actually due. I would never use again. Do better.

4 days to unlock a phone!

We do NOT recommend Boost Mobile. We switched carriers to AT & T due to a lower rate. We were told it would take 24 HOURS to unlock my husband's phone. We called for THREE DAYS straight and were told there were "issues with the back office" and they were unable to unlock his phone. My husband has his own business and can not be without his phone for this length of time. On Saturday we were told it would be 24 hours and come Wednesday his phone was still UNLOCKED. My husband went out and bought a new phone. We called Boost Mobile that evening and low and behold they finally had a pin # to unlock his phone. Of course they will not reimburst us for the cost of the phone. A DAY LATE AND A DOLLAR SHORT. WE WILL NEVER USE BOOST MOBILE AGAIN!

VERY Poor Customer Service

I am very dissatisfied with my most recent experience at Boost Mobile. I was informed by the customer service representative that there would be coverage in my area but when I tried to use it, there was no coverage. I returned to Boost to find out why this is, and they swapped out the sim card for another one, stating that it would "fix" the problem. When I returned to my area, I encountered the same problem and yet again I had no service. I returned a third time to Boost and the interact with the customer service representatives was terrible. They were extremely unhelpful, very reluctant to give me the requested information regarding my account and provided me with no resolution. The information they gave me throughout this entire experience was grossly inaccurate and their treatment of a customer deplorable. I have no idea how they stay in business with service like that.

Ever since boost was bought by dish the website and payment center along with the app sucks… nothing ever works and its frustrating. It wasn't like this before now all of a sudden. You cant make payments you cant get a new phone and make payments on it im definitely thinking about switching to something more expensive just based on the fact that Boost Services have gone down the toilet there are no real perks to the service anymore im better off getting a walmart plan than a boost plan. Smh Dish Get it together if Yall didn't know what yall was doing you should have left boost alone. Your messing with peoples lives by messing with their phones shame on you..
