DON'T BE FOOLED...this sounds great but there are hidden taxes and fees, no transportation back to the airport, WiFi is not free. Can't travel with friends or family on the same dates!
I am seriously disappointed and now they say they won't give me my refund for the $340 it costs to reserve a package.

My wife booked a trip in June for September 2.5days 4 nights. When time to confirm the trip they told her she couldn't do the dates.they can alter the dates, can't get the money back. Even though she purchased insurance they told her it was just incase she canceled the trip early instead to get a refund.

Scam travel site
September 23, 2023

I purchased this voucher back in April 2023 and tried to book for November 2023 (today is August 2023) and realized the following:

- I'd be expected to partake in a two (2) hours long presentation of the hotel group and their timeshares.
- They would run a credit check to "confirm what offers I'd qualify for".
- They could not confirm which of the three available hotels I'd be staying at.
- They could not book all four of my nights but only three, blaming the availability to not allow for it. I looked online at the hotel website and they could accept a full-price booking for these dates.
- I'd have to pay a $150 refundable deposit on my booking, and $99 "white glove" service fee + $40 per night tourist tax.

Not to mention I wasted almost an hour trying to make this reservation.

I booked a stay at New York hotel, right before i submitted my application, they offered me a *better* deal on associated website called "Monsterrg." I decided that i should take what seemed to be a better alternative deal, but when I did click it, without informing me in any way, canceled my previous reservation and locked me in with deal from the other website. To cut a long story short, this company purposefully hides their "fine print" in spaces and areas on their website which no one would look for, let alone those areas being inaccessible with a phone due to their stated requirement that you need to hover your mouse over it to read.

After days of struggling with their customer service, instead of returning my money in full, they offered me partial refund with the same deal, with added requirement of paying a 389$ resort fee and a 2 hour timeshare presentation. ALONG with a requirement of 30-60 days notice for my desired stay. (They claim they cannot return my entire purchase, no matter how many times I have asked them.

I will use this or its affiliated websites ever again and will be sure to warn others about it.

TOTAL SCAM
September 17, 2023

COMPLETE SCAM. They make it sound like you're paying for room accommodations (even in their landing page, see attached photo, where it says that your "paying for room accommodations only") but you're not paying for the accommodations. Booksi only guarantees RATES to hotels, so it should say that your "paying for room accommodation RATES only". So

After you pay $130 to Booksi just to get access to their rates.

THEN you have to pay Monster Reservation Group another $261 to book your reservation.

THEN you still have to pay the resort for taxes and fees AND go to their presentation.

So i reserved with Booski to go to Silver Lake and AFTER I paid I found out I couldn't get that resort even though I selected the resort including the dates at the time of purchase. So I had to go with Exploria, which wasn't even on Booski site when I made the purchase.

The presentation was advertised as 90 minutes, see attached, but it changed to 2 hours when it came time to confirm with the resort.

I got fed up with all these additional charges, they can't/wont tell you upfront, and wanted to cancel. I found out that if i cancel they keep the entire amount so I lost about $390. Total scam. Do not bother. It's the old bait and switch, misrepresenting and over selling.

At this point, my "discounted" vacation would cost me more then if I had just booked it with the resort AND I'm on the hook for a presentation.

Way more expensive than they say.
September 1, 2023

Purchased an oceanfront luxury resort room at Mertle Beach. After calling to book room it is not on the beach. Then was assisted in changing location……. Weird. So moved to St Petersburg to get an oceanfront. To a 6 out of 10 star rated hotel. Then they charged me an additional 250 dollars for a gift card to be given to me and "insurance". Oh and then pull credit report. Okay still a bit cheaper than off the street purchase. Trip is two weeks away and received a phone call that said I also needed to cover the $200.19 for taxes and resort fees. At this time I pulled up the resort. Same nights and it was $160 cheaper to not use them and to do it myself. I also would gain back the vacation time I was going to use for their mandatory sales pitch.

The guy on the phone was really good though and worked the refund for me. Got the insurance back and then the 150 gift card fee back, but he was unable to get original purchase back and managers were in a meeting that day and to call back. I called back and they told me that they would not refund it because in the promo someplace it said non refundable.

So very annoyed at the company for making the purchase of getting the vacation a trap of my funds as to use it and I had to buy my own gift card and insurance and then had to cover the $200 plus in taxes and fees.

Proof picture attached to show cheaper by going through someone else and not just bull$#*!ting.

So overall cost of the $199 vacation was OVER $700.

Oh and one last thing. By being moved to oceanfront you can see that I lost one day of the package.

The Beauty Queen knows what she's doing. I'm an active senior with locs. They'd unravel barely a week after getting done. I'm also tender headed which posed another issue. When she finished, I was so happy. Blessed Hands should be her nickname. It's been two weeks, and my hair still looks good. I will definitely be going back. And guess what?, she has great rates.

I made the booking from their website and after that they send a code and ask us to confirm the reservation. I had already paid the fee via the portal and when i called them up they are asking for $384 extra as a resort feel stating that earlier what i paid was just the vacation fee. And, the extra resort fee is juts mentioned in terms and conditions. The lady who spoke to me said there is no manager to talk to me when I requested for her supervisor.

They suck
August 14, 2023

Do not fall for this! I bought this to use as a family vacation. They don't allow families and will not let you book together. They said they check your social media to make sure families don't go together so I canceled my package within 6 hours after booking by phone and email. They won't refund. I have been trying since the end of May to get my money back. I have wasted over 3 hours on the phone sent numerous emails. They say I didn't cancel soon enough. There own disclaimer says within 5 day full refund. These people are scandalous!

SCAM!
August 8, 2023

Absolute scam. Steer clear. Complete bait and switch site. Once you call to confirm your reservation the price doubles. Good luck getting your money back even if you pay the additional "protection fee".

Update #1: This is not a reputable company. After talking with a customer service person, they said there was nothing they could do to get my money back. So, I posted this review and then they immediately refunded my money. Which is great, except now they're asking me to remove my review from this site. Other people need to know that that is is a bait and switch company, and the only way to get your money back is to post a negative review. Awful way of doing business.

Update #2: This company just keeps proving my point. They've now offered me a $300 hotel voucher if I remove this review. You know the saying "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me". Well, I'm not falling for it a second time. No way I'd book anything with you. Keep your voucher.

I now understand why they have a rating of 4.7 stars if they pay people to remove their bad reviews. Buyer beware!

Booksi is a SCAM!
July 28, 2023

I talked with your rep yesterday and requested to cancel this promotional package and refund my money $432.83. I am not going to pay your Resort fees ($267) and insurance ($99) on my travel plan. This was not part of the deal when I purchased this package. Resort Fees are ILLEGAL in USA. Why would I buy an insurance form you when I am ready to book my vacation time? I will accept this package only if you are not going to charge me anything else except what I paid for. I requested to book my vacation at Wyndham Grand Cancun for Sept 21-Sept 26,2023.
Please refund my money on visa card that I used in two weeks. I plan to take you guys to a small claim court in California. I have notified this abuse of seniors to the regulatory body in the state of California and at federal level. You are committing a crime. You guys are cheating the most vulnerable senior community.

Hello Mahesh, thank you for letting us know about your issue, our servicing team is working with you regarding your upcoming reservation in Cancun.
The terms and conditions are located at the bottom of the package you purchase, and it states the resort fees, we apologize that you did not see this, as all over the world resorts have their own resort fees.

Booksi is a scam
July 24, 2023

This is a bait and switch routine at its best - tried to make arrangements at the original location (Villa Del Palmar Cabo); was denied that location - the 2nd choice as well as the 3rd. Was stuck at Los Cabos Golf Resort - nowhere near a beach. Spouse does not play golf -

Froud company and fake positive review
July 20, 2023

Fraud!
I booked it and found I cheated. I am trying to call and email to get my refund as I booked for 2 adult and 2 members and they confirm for 2 members only but no body replying on email and 1 nobody ready to listen on phone call after 1 hour waiting time to connect with them.

- Once you booked don't expect to cancel it.
- They asked me $150+ tax extra
- They booked for me for 2Adult and 2 kids and confirm only for 2 adults. Of course I can't go without 4 years kid.
- They forced me to changes travel dates while I booked as per availability on website.
- Now they are forcing me to change location.
- Not getting any response from email support.
- 40-50 Minutes waiting time to connect with them using phone call.
