I paid $40 for a 3 night in Gatlinburg. I went to there web site to book dates. No good dates of course. Went ahead and picked some, then they want you to call so they can ask you a lot of personal questions. I asked for a refund but they won't do it. They just suck so don't do it and make sure you read the fine print!
Purchased a hotel stay in St Maarten in September 2024 and was upsold an upgrade for two stays. As was planning to visit the States agreed. Could not book either for any dates for over and the St Maarten's hotel is not even available now on their website and declined to reply as soon as mentioned Booksi. Yesterday tried to book a 3 star hotel near Boston, only to find out that it was also not available - it was available a minute ago but someone just booked it. Really? Called the hotel and checked on Booking.Com and the hotel was happily available. They did try to offer zero star hotel in the middle of nowhere in exchange but only if I part with smoother GBP 300, which might or might not be refunded. Seems used to be a good company, now a scammer. Shame. Just want my money back

I purchased a vacation package from Booksi for the Paris Las Vegas Hotel and was immediately misled. After paying, I was told the dates I wanted were unavailable, even though the hotel showed open rooms. When I called, I was informed that Booksi doesn't even have Paris Las Vegas in their inventory at all — meaning they sold me a package they could never actually book. This is a classic bait-and-switch.
Customer service only told me to call, but I requested everything in writing. Still waiting for a proper response. Save yourself the frustration — this company is not transparent and feels very scam-like. I do NOT recommend using Booksi.

After traveling 42 states in the USA and 60 plus countries and working with many travel agencies and travel related companies, I have to say these folks are the worst in the world. I had paid for two packages with many promises. When time came, they could not find the resorts they promised. They even had me cancel a vacation that was booked and plane tickets bought. And, now they want tons of additional money and cannot tell me if they will not ask for more money. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANY PACKAGES FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Read the fine print at the bottom of their website; and the print is not easily readable and not in color black, so it is easy to miss. They will not give you a refund once you purchase. And if you ask for their boss or manager, they don't have another number to call, no corporate, no manager no nothing, no refund. I don't do timeshare presentations. There is no option for the specific hotels to be booked on any weekends; none at all for the whole year. Only a Hotel close by that has the Timeshare presentation... Sorry, not gonna waste my vacation time sitting in a presentation,

Bought a trip to Tuscany and have been trying to book the vacation for over 3 years now. EMails go unanswered, promises of returned phone calls go unfulfilled. It has taken so long to try and get a stay scheduled that teh hotel is no longer even associated with Booksi. Lots of promises, and even a gratis stay at another location have all been talk.

This is a total scam. They sell you a package deal at a hotel -- and when you try to redeem they are not available -- can get you in somewhere else, but need to know your age, income, etc. -- all to pre qualify you for something unknown -- probably a time share. Save your money and don't fall for the BS.

There's a whole bunch of fake reviews in 2023 and 2024, so obviously fake that they couldn't bother even writing anything. Titles such as "..." and other reviews such as "PRICE PRICE PRICE". A ton of reviews on the same day as experience (How are they reviewing the same day of experience if it's for multiple nights at a hotel? Fake reviews! Can't believe this was allowed multiple years.) There's plenty of evidence to suggest it's a bait and switch with a cleverly disguised time share presentation. They will let you pay, tell you your dates are unavailable, tell you alternative sites will cost more, ask personal demographics of you and your household, and will be passive aggressive and dismissive when you bring the concern of scam up. They slandered many people in the reviews I read but in no instance confess or take accountability for the scam or the hardship.

So booked a all inclusive vacation package and have paid for the upgraded suite and paid the resort fees and seemed like it was going to be amazing and then they said our dates weren't available. So picked a different resort and town and it was more for the amount of nights I had already paid for and the resort fees weren't the same. So found one that was going to work and we'll found out my passport was not cleared and had to go a different route so picked Saint Thomas and they proceeded to say can't book that now have to call back Monday we'll see we have set dates for time off of work and it's already getting down to the wire so I keep looking and at this point I'm frustrated and when we had to find another resort the first time I was told that I could get refunded but I said no hold off on that let see if we can't find something. So I look and we really wanted Saint Thomas so I called back didn't wait until Monday and was told they didn't have anything at all this month so was going to take another location and was then told that the 1000 dollars that I paid for a suite and resort fees and tax was only going to get me a basic $#*! room with nothing else and that package was like 59 per couple and didn't include anything else but a room and after arguing for 30 mins about getting my money back a manager gets on and tries to get me to take a busted down out dated hotel in Reno and declined that and tried about four other states and hotels. And couldn't get us in for the dates we have taken off in advance for this. It's been a nightmare and a huge disappointment supposed to be exciting and was going to get married but now it's a horrible experience and I just would like a refund. Booksi and Monster are not what they say and don't let it happen to you

Booksi is a SCAM! Terribly misleading and I am very disappointed with how they operate. I purchased a travel voucher for a specific place to travel. After researching the place and making sure that the resort was to my liking a made the burchase through BOOKSI however when I called to secure the travel date, I only came to find out not only the dates I chose were not availble, but NO dates were available. Not only did I find out that I have to pay an additional $458 to book, but also the location that was promoted is not available AT ALL. That is deception at it's finest. Then I asked about canceling this purchase because I wasn't able to get what I thought I was purchasing and was told you have to cancel within 3 days, well it was day 5 and they would not refund me even though the representative totally agreed that the terms of thIs vacation was not as clear as it appeared. This is definitely a scam. I would like to start a class action law suit for deceptive practices.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Bought a trip online, then they called and talked us into paying $549 for an extra night at the resort and a room upgrade, THEN they say that resort isn't available anymore. WHAT?!?! Since then, I have called several times trying to find somewhere to go and they tell me they can't add the additional night and will NOT provide a refund. This is like going to buy a new car and after the purchase they tell you they don't actually have the car you just bought. So ridiculous! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

After purchasing a package and making a reservation from available dates, they asked to call them and confirm. Apparently given number is of monster reservation group, they ended up telling me those dates are not available and after some more digging into my personal details about income and occupation, they asked me to pay $150 and that $298 will be charged more as resort fee. Not only my original option Paris las vegas is not available, none of the hotels in whole of the las vegas is available and started to give me options for other cities and states! What kind of nonsense is that! I am going to review them on every platform until they give me my refund.

I was not told that this is a time share presentation. I then booked online and now told that the dates are not valid until I speak with a representative. I was then told that I had to give my husband's information too and he has to be involved with this presentation. This was supposed to be a girl's trip that will not be happening. I also want to let people know that the hotel's have limited availability and usually only on weekdays. Don't waste your money!
