When my review posted, I was contacted by the company who did apologize and issue me a refund which I was very grateful for!
I never got to review because they not only took my full payment but when i called toi set a date they wanted addition fee of 160.00 more, they would not refund my 237.43. They said pay the additional 160. And they would give me 150.00- what a joke, beware is all that i can say, i reckon i just got taken for the 237.00

AVOID THIS SCAM! You need to pay before selecting your travel dates and then they don't have the available dates you are wanting. You will also need to pay an additional service fees ($121) and ($150) deposits before your booking can be confirmed. If you try to cancel at that point, then you will be told the package you initially selected is not refundable.

They advertised a one-day sale on a hotel in Nashville TN, then required we disclose financial information when we tried to make the reservation. We then learned it was a timeshare. When we asked for a refund, they said they would only give us a 50% refund. TOTAL SCAM. I'm filing complaints everywhere! Warn your friends and run far and fast from these people!

I paid for a vacation, then when I tried to book it, there are no available dates at all! Tried their customer support to only get my emails blocked! BEWARE!

Booked 5 days 4 nights in Gatlinburg and their computer accepted it. When trying to confirm (which you must do thru their call center) we were told by the lady we would get 4 days 3 nights because the hotel did not have anything else available. Advised her that was unacceptable and after a protracted time she agreed to cancel the reservation and refund. If they do not I will just call American Express in the 30 days allowable. We won't be back.

It's a SCAM. Stay away. Here are the details.
I purchased "Grand Oasis Cancun All Inclusive" for five nights. Their FAQ page says "we do offer a 7-day full money back guarantee if dates are not available - https://booksi.com/faq. Right after paying, I used the provided username and password and made a reservation. The website said Grant Oasis was available. At the end of the reservation, it asked me to call a number and I did (waited 45 mins for a call). The rep on the call told me that Grant Oasis is not available for the dates I need. I told her to tell me the first available date and she said it's fully booked for 90 days and she can't see anything past so I won't be able to book this resort. Then she offered me a cheap hotel (Krystal Grand CancĂșn) instead which would cost me the same if I were to book direct with them. I told her that I would like to get my full refund and she said I can't get that. I told her that I would dispute it and she told me that I won't still get my money.
I reached out to *******@booksi.com with my concern. If they don't resolve it, I will fight for it. I won't let them go off the hook easily. I also plan to write a blog post with screenshots of my reservation so everyone knows. I plan to follow them on all social media and share my experience with every one of their potential customers with evidence. Here are all the screenshots to prove it.

I bought a stay at Grand Oasis but when I was trying to complete my reservation there were any room available. So, the agent sold me a staying on another hotel. I was very clear on may travelling dates and I was very specific because I travel with kids. So the agent sold me something so much more expensive on another hotel but he never told me the dates for the new reservation were different. He just told me all the details will be on the email.
I've been set up for a staying much more extensive than the first one and the agent never told me anything about one night less than the firs one.
It's so difficult to get someone on the phone and nobody is any help.
This is so wrong!

Called them to request a refund to be told no refunds allowed. Talked with the lady who played dumb...But in the end I did get every amount refunded back to card.
Sheesh like pulling teeth with them.

I would turn and run. I did not read small print. The day after I realized it was too good to be true and although they did nothing for me they refused to give me a full refund.

My husband and I really enjoyed our vacation to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico! My Concierge Rolando was Amazing! He set up transportation from the Airport and had our suite jacked up for my Birthday! We received a bottle of wine, Rose petals were on our bed shaped in a heart, and we had towel decorations like a heart! First class all around. We are going to return to Sunscape next year hopefully. The food was delicious and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable about the area and activities! Thumbs up!

I am writing to address a concerning matter regarding my recent reservation and subsequent charges for a stay at the Grand Oasis Cancun. I booked a package with your company for $360, expecting it to cover all expenses, but I was later surprised to find an additional charge of $739.02, which was not disclosed in the initial package.
The additional charges were purportedly for "Resort taxes and fees for that all-inclusive experience," amounting to approximately $185 per person. These charges allegedly included all food and drinks, including alcohol, as well as gratuities for the trip. However, I was never informed about these extra costs during the booking process or in the package details.
I understand that unforeseen charges can sometimes arise during travel, but it is essential for customers to be transparently informed about these expenses in advance. Failing to do so creates a sense of deception and dissatisfaction with your services. Given the lack of disclosure, I believe it is only fair to request a full refund of the $360 I initially paid for the package.
I was initially offered a partial refund of only $100, which does not adequately address the issue at hand. I kindly request that you reconsider and provide a full refund of the $360 as a matter of urgency. This action will help restore my confidence in your company and demonstrate your commitment to fair and honest business practices.

SCAM. I paid $399 plus tax for 5 star resort in Cancun, Mexico. It looks really good deal but there is hidden charges when I tried to book. They asking another $292 for the resort fees and taxes. Total cost is near $700 and they choose different hotel
Paid for one place and was booked for another and charged fees which cost more than the trip and now will not refund the fees even with the trip no longer booked. These guys are as bad as the thieves in mexico, just more blatant.
