Scarleth was very helpful. The hotel we wanted was booked. She was able to find an alternative. I was happy to get a room at my desired location but when I looked up the location the reviews were less than favorable. Lesson learned, look up your hotel before you book. However, that is not Scarleths fault. She was courteous and helpful.

This hotel was booked up for the date I wanted so the booking agent gave me an alternative for a better price, down the street.
