SCAM. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Book online.com is a scam. My wife accidentally booked a stay through an ad for bookonline.com, thinking it was through the hotel. We called the hotel to cancel, and they informed us we had booked through this company. Immediately we called for a refund and were hung up on. This has happened several more times when asking for the customer service department. We called the hotel about a refund and were told they would absolutely provide a refund but need contact from Bookonline.com to do so. After finally getting through to someone at bookonline.com, we were told they would reach out to the hotel. Fast forward a day, we received an email from this company stating the hotel wouldn't give the refund. I reached back out to the hotel and was told they had zero correspondence from Bookonline.com in regards to this booking and restated that the would provide the refund if contacted by bookonline.com. I have called bookonline.com several times today in an attempt to speak with someone and have been hung up on by customer service without them speaking to me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY OVER CHARGE FOR YOUR STAY AND PROVIDE AWFUL SERVICE. 100% SCAM.
