Called to book room and instead of taking the deposit like I have done 250-300 times when I book a hotel they took the entire cost and drained my bank account. Didn't ask if I wanted to pay in full or deposit, instead left me with an empty account. This is a room that is booked over 2 months out, so I have no idea why they would think I wanted to pay in full

Plus called the number listed on the LaQuinta Shawnee website and thought was making a reservation with LaQuinta. Very upset with this travel agency with deceptive business practice.

I called directly to book this place because I was looking for something same day, close to Dauphin Island. The representative clearly told me they were located "only a mile or two away" and I would have a "balcony overlooking the bay" Time & Location was crucial so I took her word and booked it. They immediately charged my card. When I got the confirmation email, I double checked the address on my GPS and it was over 50 miles away!? Also, they're not near enough the water to have a bay view at all. So I had to cancel and luckily they refunded me. But what a disappointment & time consuming PIA.

He told me there were no rooms available for my dates at Great Wolf Lodge KC. He said I had to book Hotel Hampton Inn KC The Legends so I did. I was trusting him! He told me I had to call GWL to book tickets for the water park. When I called they said they do have rooms available for my dates, Aug 13-15th. They said when I called their 800 # I must of gotten an agent with Expedia and everything he said was a lie to me. I requested cancellation right away and a full refund but I only got 1/2 refund. I am pissed! I am going to contact the BBB and a lawyer over this because it is the principle. He lied to me and you wouldn't make it right! I want a full refund but! My name is Tracy M Briner my # is *******908. My confirmation number is ******* and my Itinerary number is H*******. My reservation was done on July 26,2025 and the amount of my refund was $262.40. I will never trust or do this again! Make it right please! Agent Humberto is a liar and a thief!
