Flight had been cancelled. Called about booking a hotel, but did not want to pay almost 500 for about a 10 hour stay in the airport hotel we had called to book. Armanda found a hotel with a much better deal and free airport shuttle service. He was much more helpful than airline assistance.

Called to book room and instead of taking the deposit like I have done 250-300 times when I book a hotel they took the entire cost and drained my bank account. Didn't ask if I wanted to pay in full or deposit, instead left me with an empty account. This is a room that is booked over 2 months out, so I have no idea why they would think I wanted to pay in full

Made an appointment after midnight to check out in the morning. Representative, Bernard, booked it for that day and checking out the next. Plus called the number listed on the LaQuinta Shawnee website and thought was making a reservation with LaQuinta. Very upset with this travel agency with deceptive business practice.

Needed to make a last minute hotel reservation due to a flight situation. Eddie helped me search for close to the airport hotel availability & prices. Stayed calm & helpful. Offered helpful suggestions. Needed a shuttle to hotel & back to airport. Thank you, Eddie! Truly appreciate it.

Dyan booked the wrong kind of room for our anniversary celebration. Lied about it as well.
Did not offer me a cancellation booking.
Did not tell me that my booking was not refundable.
Booked a two bedroom cottage with four twin beds instead of suite 205 in the main lodge
Charged a Canadian, who is living in Canada and booking a room in Canada, US currency.
