My experience booking was very easy and fast. Being a person who has only traveled to Austin once makes it a lot more easier when there are helpful people that can get you booked in a safe place with no trouble whatsoever. With that being said, I would definitely book with this location again and will most likely return shortly.

He said we could check in at the time i called which was 1 am, when i got to the hotel they said i could not check in until 3 pm today. Our Air conditioner went out and we needed a place to stay. I cancelled the reservation and now i have to wait for my refund.
