Caroline was very pleasant and helpful. She was able to get us a room downstairs when we requested. The whole transaction went smoothly and quickly. The hotel was very clean. The microwave wouldn't work in our room but the lady at the desk said it was alright to use the one in the breakfast room even though it was closed.
He (Quinton) was very helpful when I made our reservation on July 14th for August 1st and 2nd at the Best Western in Dubuque, Iowa. Unfortunately I had to cancel our reservation on July 25th. I was told by the hotel that my card would not be charged since we hadn't stayed there yet. Much to my surprise and deceit from your company my card was charged on July 15th for $698.30. I was refunded $318.13 on July 28th but was shorted $380.17. Somebody profited quite well on my cancellation. I expect you will immediately refund my $380.17. I will not be using your company/business again.
You were very helpful and explained in detail how far it was from the resort that I wanted to stay. The resort was booked for the week and helped me get another resort for a little less than I had seen for the other resort.

This woman was rude while I was trying to book a room. I had a previous reservation book for Friday 8/22 - Sunday 8/24. I needed to add an additional night on Thursday 8/21. I was trying to get the price for the additional night and the woman was pressuring me to take the room, it's the last one, hurry the price keeps going up. I've never been treated like this before as a IHG rewards member and I will not tolerate it again.

For the Fairfield Inn at Wentzville MO, I called to make a one night reservation with a mobility roll-in shower, en route to an already booked 3 night Fairfield Inn September 25-27 reservation at Terre Haute IN. Agent quickly found the special room that seemed reasonable at $142 so I told him to book. Unfortunately, when I got the email confirmation it said Aug 24 (not my needed Sept 24). I was not told that it's a non-refundable rate, AND the $73 taxes were more than half the room rate. This is totally not what I'd wanted. I've wasted most of the day now trying to get this fixed, and still it's not. I'm still awaiting a response from "*******@lodging.support". So far this is the worst Marriott experience I've ever had starting with the call I originally rated as 5 star, but now I see that it was prematurely wrong.

Initially I thought it was very helpful. I was told the hotel was close to O'HARE airport, and that cab fare was $15 dollars. I got booked a hotel near MIDWAY airport, and cab fare was $86.00. I'm livid.
My experience booking was very easy and fast. Being a person who has only traveled to Austin once makes it a lot more easier when there are helpful people that can get you booked in a safe place with no trouble whatsoever. With that being said, I would definitely book with this location again and will most likely return shortly.
