I live in Canada, called a Canadian number and booked a room IN CANADA and was charged in USD, inflating the price for an everyday hotel to a premium rate. VERY disappointed would never use again or recommend.
Lindsay quoted me $1,500 for a rate but instead charged me over $15,000. While I appreciate the assistance with booking a room this was grossly deceiving and fraudulent.

I booked a 2-night stay at Marriott on this site. I immediately realized that I had made a mistake and requested to cancel the stay for a full refund. I called several times to speak to an actual person and was only given an automated option. I finally had to send my request via email. I received an email 3 days later stating that a refund was being processed and that I would be issued a refund within 10 business days. At the end of 10 business days, I did NOT receive my refund. 4 calls and 3 emails later have yielded in getting the royal runaround. They are now telling me it will be another 10 business days. I filed a claim with the BBB and found out that there have been over 570 claims filed against this business within the last 3 years. This business has HORRIBLE customer service. They snatch your money quickly, but want to take forever to process a refund. I had to click a star to rate, but I would give this site 0 stars. Do NOT book with this business! Beware!
