Bookonline.com is the worst ever. I thought I was booking through the Hotel but Bookonline.com is a third party that sneaks in. They booked my reservation for an extra day. I called to get it fixed they refused to do anything about it and said the hotel would have to call after my stay ended. When I got to the hotel I called to get it corrected. They talked to the hotel and verified the dates I had given them. They still refused to refund what I was over charged. I have called them 4 times and get the same run around every time. They have sent emails saying it is being resolved and that my Monet will be deposited in a few days. It never happens. It has been over a month and they are still giving me the run around. These people should be banned from doing business.

My family rented a room at another nearby hotel and were incredibly dissapointed at the state of the room when they arrived. I called from out of town to see if I could book them another room for the night and Mario Alberto helped me to make that happen seamlessly. Such a help and gave me great peace of mind knowing they wouldn't be at the other hotel. Thank you!
