Jesse was very helpful booking our room for tonight we weren't able to get our first choice, but he was very kind to recommend another opportunity for us to stay this evening.
I specifically asked if I could cancel the reservation. I was told I could cancel the reservation. I found out the location is at the wrong Marriott location I got the confirmation and it says I cant cancel. I am not happy.
Great friendly service on booking. But at hotel, no bathmat not safe for a person with disabilities, no handicap rooms with safety standards for needy. No safety bench or bath chair. No safety handles to hang on. Breakfast needs more protein on menu, eggs, meat, bananas. Juice machine was out, not working. Room was very clean and but see a web of some sort behind door at back in corner. Other than that a great price and location.

Barnsley Resort is Southern. It would have been nice to talk to a Southerner with a pleasant disposition. The person I talked to was in a foreign country and was rushing me. He also did not act knowledgeable of the various rooms. Also did not go ahead and make dinner reservations at the woodlands restaurant.

They pose as if you are calling the actual hotel with their "local" area code and then your bill is actually $25+ more than quoted. Just hope that's all I learned from this!

Chris was super kind and helpful! We had an air b&b booked for the night and when we arrived we found roaches. We left there in a hurry and immediately called to stay here. He got us a room immediately and applied all of our applicable discounts. The rooms are super clean and the staff was very welcoming!
