SAYING I RECEIVED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, WOULD BE AN UNDERSTATEMENT. ELENA WAS VERY KIND, COURTEOUS, PATIENT, WITH SUCH A BEAUTIFUL SPIRIT. I WAS MAKING RESERVATIONS FOR MYSELF & 3 OTHER FRIENDS. SHE RESEARCHED EVERY OCEAN FRONT HOTEL TO MY LIKING, AFTER FINDING OUT THAT THE INITIAL HOTEL I WANTED, WAS BOOKED. ALTHOUGH MANY WERE BOOKED, SHE PATIENTLY & KINDLY CONTINUED HELPING ME UNTIL I FINALLY CAME TO A CONCLUSION, WITH A HOTEL THAT MET MY NEEDS, & MAKING CERTAIN EACH ONE OF MY FRIENDS WOULD BE SATISFIED WITH THEIR ROOMS. SHE ADDRESSED EVERY SINGLE QUESTION I HAD, WITHOUT HESITATION, PROVIDING ME WITH THE CORRECT INFORMATION. DID I SAY HOW PATIENT & KIND SHE WAS/IS? I NEEDED THAT TYPE OF ENERGY, ESPECIALLY WITH THE WEEK I'VE HAD. IT WAS A BLESSING & VERY REFRESHING, TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE WHO KNEW THEIR JOB SO WELL. LET ME NOT FORGET TO MENTION, THIS WAS HER FIRST WEEK ON THE JOB. NEVER WOULD'VE KNOWN THAT. I THOUGHT SHE'D BEEN THERE FOR YEARS. I wasn't made aware about the refund amount. I canceled this reservation in plenty of time. I am being credited only 47.00. The hotel cost was almost 200.00. This was very misleading. I will be pursuing this further.
