We tried to book a boutique hotel in Greensboro but it was full and the person on the phone (very kindly) offered another 'equivalent' one with 'good reviews.' When we arrived it was a motel with barely 3 stars and our payment was non refundable. We definitely would've been better off looking ourselves online once our desired one was full.
