I asked to please repeat it as I didn't understand the word she was saying then I asked again. She then hollared into the phone. I said oh you were saying the word_____.
I the. Said I was sorry but she shouldn't be hollering at me. She was pronouncing it differently. I was not making fun of her, rather I totally didn't recognize how she pronounced it. Please make sure your employees speak and pronounce English. Otherwise I look forward to staying at the Sheraton- great hotels.
