I am stuck at the Mexico City airport and needed a reservation for right now. I expressed to the agent the situation and she booked it for 3pm check in but it's 2am now smh. Now they want to cancel my reservation but they have taken my money and I am still stuck.

Difficult to know who you are booking through always ask, because you need to know. He answered me without too much prodding and was quick on his feet because I am demanding and picky. Got us the last room as rooms were filling fast with cancelled flights. Was able to help my sister quickly get settled for the night, while she was working on rebooting her flight. I want to give a special thank you to Mr. Cory for setting me up with an affordable and clean hotel. The hotel that I checked into was VERY Scary. I felt like I may need a tetanus shot if I used the toilet there, so I called for another reservation and thank goodness I got Mr Cory, he really saved the day. Thank you sir!
