We have been staying at Hampton Inn for 25 years and negotiating a price comparable to travel agencies was very difficult but we didn't get the original price of $180.00 because you have to type in your credit card info and in the process I lost contact with my first gal contact! Erica told me that rates change rapidly! Hope motel in Clinton, Iowa is clean because I read that you had customers that said rooms were dirty! I have never stayed in a dirty Hampton except Albuquerque downtown

While traveling, we planned on staying in Dodge City, Kansas. I called the Dodge House and Convention Center. I was immediately impressed with Elena, who answered the phone. Her professional demeanor was outstanding. When she asked my name, I spoke it to her. I have a very unusual name and she spoke it correctly the first time she heard it. It many people can do that! Lol. She was very informative and helpful, with my questions, and getting my reservation confirmed expeditiously. Kudos to her!
