This is the most horrible ghetto looking rooms I have never seen for $254.74. The curtains are half way off of the rod. If there are bedbugs in this room, I will make sure this place is closed down. The desk person allowed us to see the room then tell us we can't check in until 3:30pm.

Very rude and unprofessional. I asked her to verify the address of hotel to ensure she was booking me at the correct hotel. She ignored my question and asked me what date I'd like to book for
I was charged twice the normal room rate, promised a gift I never received, and later found out I was speaking with someone from Bancock rather than NC! I will NEVER use this website again!
