Ivory was so very sweet and made me laugh. She is great at her job, and you can tell.
I request three rooms with a pool view as well as having the three connecting. Neither of this happened. I only had one room with the pool view and I now I paid for all three of them to have that. Also I requested to have a military discount and that didn't happen either. I was told that there would be a restaurant on site for the evening and that also haven't the case.
We ran into problems trying to book when Garcia searched and searched everywhere for me!

The absolute worst experience ever their own operators don't even know how their systems work they made a reservation at a Charlotte area airport hotel. There was no reservation available when we arrived no confirmation number arrived yet they charged not once, but twice …stay away from this scam organization at all costs, I would give them a -10 star review if it were available.
The agent was very helpful getting me a room quickly so we could get a few hours of sleep and have a shower before we finished our journey
