After another Hotel in the area failed to book our room, we were at a total loss on what to do or where to stay. Alexandre took the time to find us a hotel in the area that we needed to stay in and kept in mind our price point. He was a dream to work with and calmed my anxiety.
The hotel we are booked at wouldn't be my first choice but with everywhere booked solid in the area we needed to stay in, I still call it a win!
She couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand her. She tried to rent me a room for well over $200 when I could see the same rooms being rented for $130. And then had the balls to tell me I was wrong when I was looking right at it. And then she miraculously found what I was talking about.
Carolyn did her best to help me get booked. Unfortunately, there was no availability.

I googled the service. The number came up right away. I hit the number and three times the gentleman that answered. He hung up before I was even done with my questions seemed to be in a hurry. I could tell he was not working from an office setting seemed as though I was calling him on a personal level while he was doing his own thing. The third time I called I think I got the same gentleman, but this time he was more professional until it came to the end of the phone call. I said thank you I appreciate your help. I waited for a response and I looked at my phone and realize that he had already hung up. We could use more common sense, phone etiquette, which would be you don't hang up on people without saying goodbye, and or let the customer ask all the questions before you hang up. Thank you.

Let's begin with him not understanding my English. His English was not the best either. Then he tried to answer questions for me and to top it off he hung up before I secured a reservation.
Personable and knowledgeable. I strongly feel Hampton Inn misrepresents themselves as the website price us grossly out of balance with the actual prices. I found out that the price on the holiday express website was what it really was
