After having difficulties trying to book online, I spoke with Mr. Alberto; he was kind, courteous, and got my hotel room booked in no time at all.
They didn't book us with a dog as I instructed. They lied about working directly for Quality Inn and Suites and said they were NOT a 3rd party broker and the front desk staff said that they are and told me the name of your 3rd party business. Why do businesses have to lie and scam people? Then the charged me for "refund protection" without saying one word about it. I guess this is how corporations operate these days and outsource to foreign courses to save money and steal from us! So disappointing.

Everybody here is very friendly and efficient. I am staying because of surgery and like not getting around well well and they've been very helpful in that manner. I made my reservation on the phone from the car and the guy made every effort to help me because my card wasn't going through so I would give him five stars.

Do not know why at first my discount with surgery at UF was quoted only -$3 off of your website. Then got a nice discount after I was going to look around. So appreciate you all giving a discount for people who are getting surgery :) It is stressful enough.
Rachael was very polite courteous and willing to help. She was very efficient and great personality and repeated everything to make sure I had what I needed. I have stated here many many times visiting grandchildren always a wonderful experience! Only complain is last month the room was very hot and had to open window so in short I've had much worse experiences. They are always kind and accommodating here
