I just had an awesome phenomenal, quick, and efficient successful conversation with Val (Valentino) to book our one night stay at your lovely Tampa hotel Westshore. He was able to look for the best price and deals and was able to juggle a lot of my information. He was extremely kind and proficient. It was awesome to be able to speak to a real life person since the website, although apparently thorough and lovely, was not able to handle all my issues. But Val did extremely well dealing with all my issues.

I thought I would get just a general customer service person, BUT NO - I got the HOTEL PRO. Nothing makes you feel more confident about booking a reservation than a person who can tell you confidently, from experience that you're making the right choices.
Tried online booking with problems. Booking calling hotel direct was superior! Agent was very thorough making sure all details were correct! Even received a AAA discount which I wasn't aware of! Thank you!

I was misled and told I was speaking with hotel eleo and I asked for the patient rate he said he was giving it to me and the protection plan he said was included and it was not he was not upfront and did not tell me he was a third party billing and reservation platform I called back and asked to speak to a customer service manager and they would not give me one
I was led to believe I was in n directly with the Marriott booking and was not. Was also told it was fully refundable up to the day of travel which it is not fully refundable- needs to be a covered reason. Totally misled and now they are impossible to get in touch with to get this cancelled. Horrible experience
I booked 3 rooms and asked specifically for poolside and the agent confirmed. When I arrived at the hotel, the desk told me, y reservations were for standard non-poolside rooms and the rate I was quoted was not the rate I paid for. Fortunately, then\ desk clerk was able to get me 2 poolside rooms but couldn't book a third poolside room, which is what I booked and prepaid for! Glad the clerk could help me out a bit, but quite disappointed by the booking agent not booking me what I requested. I asked 3 times for poolside rooms and was told yes, confirmed. Won't use this booking service again. Highly disappointed in the service and room rate. Avoid using BookOnline at all costs.
My experience was wonderful. She helped me with prices from different hotels and even helped determine the distance from the hospital to the hotel for me. She was very informative, friendly and quick.
