I booked a hotel room with Nancy Esmerelda on a trip to visit family before Christmas. It was a last minute booking to stop over for the night and Nancy could not have been better - the booking was quick, efficient and she was really helpful and wonderful. Our hotel stay was seamless and we were all set to book in when we arrived just twenty minutes later.
I talked to Mark on the phone very pleasant guy. Hopefully my room is available. He was very pleasant and nice thank you Marco.
I made it clear that I was booking for this night, and the booking agent confirmed that I would be able to check in right away, but the hotel wouldn't let me check in and said the reservation was for the following evening.
This company will clone hotel websites and use malicious Google ads to make you think you are booking directly with a hotel. I accidentally booked with them.
Upon realizing my mistake, I called immediately for a refund. The customer support put me on hold while she "called the hotel" and told me it would be canceled and refunded. I received a cancelation in my email.
Then I got another email saying I wouldn't be refunded because the hotel said they wouldn't refund.
I called the hotel and they said BookOnline could cancel and refund with no issue. BookOnline lied about it! The hotel also let me know BookOnline gave me a completely fake confirmation number for my "reservation."
I called BookOnline back and they "escalated me" to their email support who is not responding, not even to their own cancelation email!
This company uses deception to trick you into booking and then makes it impossible to cancel and get a refund. They will lie to keep your money. This is a SCAM!
Do not trust these clearly fake positive reviews.
Humberto was very helpful. Explained cancellation policy and I received the confirmation emails and texts right away.
She took care of my complicated reservation in a very timely and professional manner unlike three other people that I spoke to while driving to St Louis
When I was asking him about the extra fees (that were 50% of the room fees), he hung up on me and charged my card. I did not give him permission to charge my card.
The lady was very good I. Explaining and finding. She took my name down and didn't butcher it like what happens in most cases. She deserves a raise. And wish more people were like her.
Marsh lied by saying she was Hampton hotel reservation. She also lied about the initial deposit of $29 which would be refunded if reservation was cancelled. All the time she was acting as hotel reservation and never mentioned that she was a travel agency
I believed I was calling the hotel number. This person lead me to believe I was speaking to a hotel representative. I didn't know this was 3rd party until I called the hotel directly. Scammers!
We called Vero Beach Inn & Suites to book a room for the Vero Bules Festival but they were sold out so Gabriel, the customer service rep, called another hotel and booked a room for us there! He was attentive, professional and very helpful, he was truly an Angel!
Christian was excellent. He was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He went the extra mile to find us the accommodations that fit our need and budget. The next time we'll make a reservation, we hope to get him. He was great.
After having difficulties trying to book online, I spoke with Mr. Alberto; he was kind, courteous, and got my hotel room booked in no time at all.
They didn't book us with a dog as I instructed. They lied about working directly for Quality Inn and Suites and said they were NOT a 3rd party broker and the front desk staff said that they are and told me the name of your 3rd party business. Why do businesses have to lie and scam people? Then the charged me for "refund protection" without saying one word about it. I guess this is how corporations operate these days and outsource to foreign courses to save money and steal from us! So disappointing.
Rita, you did a great job helping us get a room at short notice during Christmas holidays. My husband and I are in our seventies and don't know much about computer stuff. You walked us through the process and we appreciate you.
My girlfriend was stranded in Dallas after having lost her id and credit cards. Carlos was Johnny on the spot and helped us through this because she was in another city
Loved speaking to a human rather than booking online since we were bringing our dog and the website was not very clear on pet policy. Fernando was very patient and efficient going over all details and confirming that I had all of my questions answered. He covered all the bases of an efficient team member.
Blair was helpful, kind, and very patient as I was changing my mind and adding things.
She got us just what we needed and made it easy.
Cesar was excellent, very friendly and professional. Explained everything clearly and double checked that I understood and had got all my information.
Poor. I wanted to talk to the hotel which had a better rate. I over paid because you forced me to use a reservation number and not the hotel. Crappy service. Not pleased. Feel like you ripped me off
Answer: SCAM. Huge Fees, no refunds. Would NOT recommend. Do yourself a favor and Pass by when you see this site.
Answer: Agreed! WHY? Absolutely the most blatantly deceptive company I have ever come across.
Answer: I'd love the answer to this! This agency fraudulently charged us $1800!
Answer: Make sure you are booking directly on the hotel's website.
Answer: I was just too tired to drive 90 minutes home. I needed to be back to this area really early in the morning, so I saved 3 hours of driving time and got a good night's sleep also!
