Cesar did a good job booking the room for my wife. She was stuck on a tarmac waiting to head into Dallas after many delays and he was able to get her into a warm room for the night. He was pleasant and sympathetic to our plight.

During my call I directly asked if this was fully refundable and he said yes if done before the 17th. I also asked if this person worked for the Hard Rock and he and yes. I did not realize I was talking with a third party. When I called to cancel an hour later I was told that they would keep 33% as indicated in the email that they sent after the call…In contrary to what I was told during the call. This is a scam. Beware.

I thoroughly enjoyed making my reservation at Marriott Residence Inn in Lafayette, LA. The lady that assisted me was knowledgeable & friendly, she made it a very painless experience & answered all my questions without hesitation.
