Worse Ever Fraud

I was trying to book a reservation with Salvatore and I was not happy with the cancellation policy but he already charged my card each time he offered me a new reservation but I turned it down and he assured me it was cancelled right on the phone with him. I didn't think I'd have to fight to get my money back with each reservation I decided not to go with. He said oops I put your card through but I cancelled it. See I'm sending you the cancelled reservation. This is a scam and I am very unhappy with Hotel Planner and they better look into this and refund my money! I never agreed to it and Salvatore assured me the reservations were cancelled right away! I should have never been charged. Why would I need 3 reservations for the same week? I expect a full refund for the reservations I was assured were cancelled by Salvatore!

Everything was great until I received my booking info and found out I was paying in US dollars.
That should have been shared with me.
So when I received my credit card update and it says 163.51 instead of the 113.00 total she told me, this makes me upset. When I questioned her on that I asked if that extra I'm paying was a deposit, she said Yes. She again did not clarify I was paying in US. NO where in our conversation or online did it say paying in US funds. Soooo disappointed!
