I recently rented a car here for a one way trip to Maryland the experience with the staff here was a good experience they called a few days before my rental date to confirm my reservation however on the day of my arrival they didn't have the car I booked they gave me a free upgrade basically I went from Hyundai to a Mercedes suv thank you
They inform you of all aspects of what is required of the customer and give information required of themselves. I have rented from this location twice recently, and intend to keep coming in the future. Great customer service!
This location was super easy to find, the representatives were prompt, efficient, helpful and hardworking. I was in and out very quickly, which helped me be on my way to the beach without a hassle
Some days the wait is long because of so many people coming in but, the staff work so smoothly to get everyone out with their rental. I will miss everyone there because I am moving upstate but I must say great team work, great location, great rental.

I was in a bind and needed a last minute rental. They picked me up from where I was stranded and provided A+ customer service through out.
I've rented cars here instead of at the airport my last 3 trips to Austin. The people behind the counter are courteous and friendly, only a few customers in line if any at all. Picking up and dropping off your reserved vehicle is very quick.
When returning the vehicle, they gave me a ride back to the dealership and finished working out the payment details with the dealership for me without me neading to wait around.
When I arrived, they were packed however they had enough agents to almost immediately help me out. They knew the details about the dealership that I came from and got me a vehicle that the dealership would reimburse me for.
Our experience with BookingGroup Rent A Car was great. They handle my pickup as well as the return of the vehicle flawlessly.
BookingGroup is the only car rental that I can count on to get me where I need to go. The customer service is outstanding. I have never had a car or truck issue in all the years I have rented their vehicles

Watch out for this company: you get charged a service fee when you make the booking and if you have to cancel the booking for any reason (and in our case it was because our region got locked down due to Covid), there's a good chance they'll not refund a chunk of it (in our case, EUR50/$80). We will never use them again.

We reserved a rented an SUV for Holiday travel and was pleased with the experience. Also, the weekly rate was very affordable and we will continue to rent from this Berlin Lakes area BookingGroup location.
