Toyota Tacoma is not recommended for if you are used to drive a full size truck but Josh was an extreme pleasure to deal with. They all work well together, Emanuel, Benjamin and the gang are all great

Getting the car was also a very smooth transaction and, in fact, it turned out that I took a smaller car than requested which was just fine and cost a bit more than half of the original cost. So that was very nice as well.
Overall, my experience was excellent. There was one almost glitch when I did not know whether I would be picked up in Falmouth and it was after hours so I could not reach them.
Most people can only super-over-achieve for so long... This is my third "REALLY excellent" experience with BookingGroup this summer. I'm now a huge fan.

Excellent service and rates. Avoid pickup and dropoff during high traffic hours, can be difficult to access lot.
Upon my return, the staff went out of their way to make my trip more comfortable by offering to keep my bags for a few hours while I ran some errands before heading to my AirBnB for check-in. They even drive me there.
Very polite and courteous staff, my sign up experience was quick and easy. And they're open on Sunday which is very convenient.
