They all work well together, Emanuel, Benjamin and the gang are all great. I even saw Abby in her high heels and dress pants getting her hands dirty and vacuuming a car!
Staff was very courteous and efficient. My rental car was ready. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I was very impressed with the service.

Booking was quick, service was fast, the car I had booked was available, the car itself was very clean and performed great, and the return was a breeze. I haven't had any symptoms for more than 3 weeks now, so I believe they do disinfect the car as they promise to do!

I did not have to wait long in line, and they got me into the car quickly. Returning the car was super easy as well. I have never had such an easy and pleasant experience renting a car in NYC.

This is the AWFUL EXPERIENCE I had while using the Booking Group services:
I rented a car to Inter Rent through Booking Group, which should be picked up at Barajas airport in Madrid. I also booked a full insurance offered by Booking Group on line, which they charged to my credit card inmediately while the rental was process.
When going to the airport to pick up the car, Inter Rent did not accept the insurance sold to me by Booking Group and offered to me the opportunity of getting another insurance which was much more expensive, up to the point that the rental tariff was not competitive at all, so I canceled the reservation.
Booking Group tells me that they are not refunding the insurance I paid to them despites it was not accepted by their partners and the rental never took place.
BE AWARE OF BOOKING GROUP FRAUDULENT PRACTICES.
We only had a little problem when we needed a replacement in our location of traveling, the agents were very helpful on getting us out so we can make it home and the check out process was easy and fast.
