An absolutely fantastic renting experience! The whole team are friendly and hyper-efficient - I can't remember the last time a pick-up was so quick and easy. I emailed asking to drop off at another location and received a quick and friendly reply with a suggestion of a convenient station.

Excellent service, easy pick up and drop. Open 24 hours at avis LaGuardia airport. Price is relatively cheap. I like it.

The main reason for our excellent experience was the agent who helped me at the rental location. I wish I had written down her name, but I didn't think of it at the time. She was very professional/helpful/efficient.

All the staff were very welcoming. The two ladies in the office were especially nice. My original car was too small and Nandi went out of her way to ensure I received an upgrade at a very good rate. Over all a very easy and pleasant experience.

BookingGroup is a great brand and the service is awesome. The cars are always pristine and the staff knowledgeable and friendly. When I've had the occasional problem, for example when I left items behind or had a flat in a very rural area, you guys were simply amazing.

Check-out is aways easy... selection of vehicles was limited to a few models. Vehicles are clean and in good mechanical order... return is also easy.
