I can be out in 15minutes and there is always a friendly agent offering bottled water, maps of the area and a courteous focus on the customer.

I love renting from BookingGroup. Being an Emerald Aisle member makes picking up a car super easy. I usually make my reservation prior to leaving on my trip. Then, when I get to my destination, I can just walk past any lines at the counter to the cars and pick the one I want to drive

Great car and ride, but the Ford Fusion Hybrid is hard to tell it has started need a little sign on the instrument panel that it QUIET AS HECK BUT RUNNING.

The only problem I have is that they don't top up the fuel, the guage says full and when you start to drive about 15 miles or so you will notice that the guage has already move

BookingGroup now at National counter. Easy access at Newark Airport. Seamless rental. Used kiosk. Got brand new Hyundai Sonata. Fair price. Easy return. No problems. Way cheaper on this trip than Hertz my usual choice.
