They made sure we were happy with the car on pickup and we had no problems returning the car. The car was in excellent mechanical shape.

First time car renter with BookingGroup. My service was great. A lady named Jamie helped get us started on our way. She was out going and a delight to speak to. She explains the service clearly and we could tell she enjoys her job.

Went into BookingGroup during a bit of a rental car crisis. They usually do not take walk-ins but Miguel saw that I was in dire need of a rental and did everything he could to help me out and give me a good deal on a car that I was able to drive out that same day.

Got a very nice "equivalent" to the reserved car. Very friendly staff. We where treated very nicely. Much better than the airport staff of some other "cheap" rental companies... Can recommend going downtown to this location for you're car pickup instead of getting one from the airport.

BookingGroup is pretty awesome in all locations. The NYC at Battery Park was perfect. They treated me well and everything was seamless! Best fleet, prices, service, and availability in the area.

I've used this particular BookingGroup twice now. First time I got the Escalade and next time I got the XT5. I like the fact that you get the exact car you request. Did not really like the attendants nitpicking about exact check out times. Also they do a really hard sell for insurance so be prepared to sidestep that if you already have insurance.

The Holland staff is wonderful, always friendly, professional and helpful. Cars are always clean and ready to go. Prices are good, rewards points are nice after several rentals, too. If I have to rent, this is where I'm going.

The team in Holland is second to none. I am greeted each week with a smile, professionalism, and kindness. They continually go out of their way to make sure my experience is positive and enjoyable. As long as this team is in tact, I will never rent anywhere else.

The store manager isn't the most customer oriented however the rest of the staff are great. The building is falling apart but I've never had an issues with me rental.
