I have had some issues. But all fixed by the management. So I do recomend. Exceptional service from the very beginning of our travel to Canada to the very end!

When we arrived, the employee was helpful and nice and gave us an upgrade becsuse the car was available. It was overall an easy transaction, which made me know I should not rent a car frrom any other place. I wish I asked for the employee's name because he deserves the recognition

First of all, if you have any complain or problem with your reservation THEY DON'T HAVE any phone number or person you could talk with. They say everything is by email and they say each answer could take 30 days and it takes more!... IS A FRAUD! I still waiting after 3 month an answer about a charge they have to return. This is serious, DO NOT Book with them.

When I booked a vehicle at $97 for two days, what a shock I had when the car rental people explained that I still needed to pay for the car.
The actual amount for the car was less than the booking fee. It's the biggest RIP off.

Got my car within minutes with self-service option with a kiosk. Made the process easy from beginning to end. Would definitely go back to them to rent

There were lots of employees in the lot to direct you to the car and to the exit. The lady at the exit gate quickly checked us out in a friendly manner. Awesome experience!

If you are lucky enough to get Aaron as your shuttle driver, you are in for a great ride. He raps, sings, and entertains you back to your terminal.

Rented a convertible on my BookingGroup app and checked in with all the info required. Walked in and they directed me to the parking lot showing my bar code and ID. Selected my convertible and exited showing DL with barcode

Staff is all very friendly and helpful. Many shuttle buses to pick up to and from LAX. Very nice vast waiting area. Good choices of vehicles.
