Quite a sensible policy over damage and scrapes. I had the van for a weekend to move furniture. Had no issues whatsoever. The price was very good

Booked several times, and always received good upgrades got their Range Rover and the BMW X5. The shuttle service added value to the efficient and courteous service extended by the entire team

Few reasons, the staff was communicative throughout the rental period and they answered all my questions professionally.

Car was clean, and had 1/2 tank of gas. But they made sure the gas was noted in the contract so that we wouldnt be charged upon return.

This location does not do insurance rental cars. They are very helpful and pleasant. However the system BookingGroup uses is always out of date and what stock they say they have is never the case

Very good experience. Took 5minutes at the counter and we were off. Even had to do a vehicle swap 1 day later to accommodate our family better and no issues at all. Did the swap in less than 3 minutes. Very happy customer here

Return process was just as simple. I brought it back, he looked it over and checked the gas tank, and then I was good to go
