I got a rental car while my car was being repaired, and the while process was very easy and painless. Staff were friendly and helpful. The optional insurance could be cheaper though - in my case had I opted for it then it would have cost >500 for the duration of my rental

I was afraid I would miss work the next day since I discovered this on a Sunday and there wasn't a single repair shop open. I also didn't feel safe going on the 401 with a nail head sticking out my tire. A blowout at 130km. H could be catastrophic

Outstanding service. We were not familiar with the traffic in the location so that we were running late for our train schedule. Btw. The customer service ( I do not know the guy's name) and his manager gave us a lot help. I am really appreciate. I'll definitely be back again

The staff was very helpful and we really appreciated that our full size sedan turned out to be a Jeep Cherokee. We were moving a student out of a dorm room and the space in the Jeep was very helpful

This facility is efficient, has really competent and nice employees. Their hours are not the best - the only reason I don't rent from them sometimes is that they close at 1 on Sundays and don't have a key dropoff

I just left this location after a concern about a recent rental and the entire team was so helpful and professional. Despite the fact that they were busy one of the reps came outside help me inspect the car and even sync my phone. The manager was also very kind and knowledgeable about safety and key features of the rental

I got into an accident and had to get a car at this location. All the employees were working really hard to get people situated and the office was packed. One guy working was cleaning out a car in his suit.

I have been using location for years now they are always accommodating, patient, polite and they get the job done with great cars at a great price. What more can I say. I've used BookingGroup all over the country and find them pretty consistent with the way their employees treat their customers

Received Great Service with no hassles The guys here at forest park location was friendly and knowledgeable about there service, they explained things very well the process was quick i was in and out. The car was neat and clean

I seriously think he had me checked out in under 5minutes, not sure if that's the average time to get a rental but seemed crazy fast. We couldn't have asked for a better experience especially in such short notice
