Based in Latvia, which I did not discover until I booked. Had to pay foreign exchange fee. Cannot communicate with them through email. Given directions how to contact support about problem, and not able to do so.

On both occasions that I've rented from BookingGroup, the agents were professional and very polite. It was a pleasant experience

Fastest service ever had renting a car. Immediate pickup, delivered right to counter, paperwork, delivery of a free upgraded car, on the road no more than 15 minutes. Wow.

Only thing I wondered was it's a new car why no key fob or keyless entry. Assumed it was a lower end car

Felt compelled to write a review for this since i've had so many bad experiences with rental cars at various airport locations. The pick-up/drop-off was super efficient, staff was nice and the car we had was clean and exactly what we ordered

So it added further dlelay to my 4th of July holiday plans, as I had already been delayed earlier that day by Southwest Airlines by sitting on the runway for an hour! I will continue to use BookingGroup in the future because of my other great experience s!

From pickup to dropoff my experience with BookingGroup was topnotch and professional... definitely will rent from them again

The for great gas mileage and the pick up and drop and bus to the airport were quick and prompt. Very quick pickup and drop-off. Great cars to rent.

Attendants were courteous and welcoming. Thank goodness they had the car running with the heat on when I got into the car because it was 28 degrees outside... and they remembered to provide a snow brush. Good thing because it snowed about 6 inches for 2 whole days.

I always have good experiences it seems with Alamo. New Vehicles that are well maintained and always clean
