What a terrible experience. They have 0 customer service and I couldn't even get a receipt/ invoice for my order. Surprised they're somehow still in business. Just awful!
Ordered flowers for a funeral taking place the next day. Spoke to agent on phone at which time she assured me that they would be able to deliver on time. Funeral was a Saturday. When I spoke to a member of the family on the following Monday I was told the flowers never arrived! Blossom never informed me by phone, text, or email! I called them and informed them. They tried to keep the sale by saying they could send the flowers to the house. NOT INTERESTED. They reluctantly said they would give me a refund. I was totally embarrassed by the situation and very upset.
What I ordered was not delivered. They delivered dead flowers. OMG! It's photo is what I ordered 2 nd photo is what they delivered. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
The balloon order was delivered half a day late with several balloons paid for that were missing in the order. The balloons that were delivered were filled with air and deflated half a day later and were in the garbage. They were defective and not even filled with helium. Cheap product and misleading. Custom service would not refund anything and denied despite picture proof with time stamps. Do not order from this company. They should be investigated for scamming customers.
After the delivery window, which was 2 days after ordering, they told me it will be delayed 2 days and also substituted. Had to request refund of the expedited delivery fee! Also requested compensation, for which they offered a $10 coupon. As if I was going to use them again. Canceling entirely apparently takes 6 business days. Unreal. Wish I had seen the ratings first.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered flower delivery and even paid extra for same day delivery by a certain time. They did not deliver that day and the recipient missed the delivery completely. I have been in contact multiple times asking for a refund, and so far no luck. They only offered me a discount on my next order. Hah! Never ordering from this scam site again. Beware! Go somewhere else if you want actual service as promised.
I ordered and paid for flowers from Blossom Flower delivery in Florence KY to be delivered today (3/5/25), between 9am and 6pm which included a shipping fee, a handling fee and a tip. I called late afternoon to see when we could expect delivery and was told they didn't have the flowers!I asked when they were going to let me know and got no answer. After a conversation concerning a refund, or at least a substantial discount, I was offered a $5 discount... run from this place
Placed my order via their website a week in advance to be delivered on a specific date. I was contacted same day to pay an additional $20 due to supply shortage. It has now been 5 days since the delivery date I paid for and the flowers have still not been delivered. Blossom did not contact me to advise of a delay. When I called to check the status, they were unhelpful and unwilling to refund me for their lack of communication or delivery. This is by far the WORST experience I have had with a florist. Very unprofessional - do not recommend.
I tried twice with this company. The first time, it was false advertising. They wouldn't delivery on the same day after they said yes. Then second time, I had an order placed, it was supposed to arrive on a date and it didn't. They waited all day and told me at the end of the day that they can't delivery it. Then they charge me an extra $60 without my permission because of some supply issue. This is a frustrating company to deal with and they can't be trusted. Use another company to avoid disappointment.
Catastrophic, horrifically horrible service. Here's why I'm canceling my order and why I'll never order from this company again:
(1) I confirmed an order that would be delivered on a specific date (my father's birthday). This order was never delivered.
(2) I received confusing, inconsistent, and contradictory messages from their chatbot and (supposedly) human customer service reps. I had no idea who I was talking to!
(3) First I was told the order was confirmed. Then I was told the order wouldn't be processed because they were out of materials and would I agree to a substitute arrangement and a different delivery date? When I said no, I was then told that the previous message was mistake and my order was being prepared and that it would be delivered on time. THEN later (several days after the ordered delivery date) I was asked if I wanted to reschedule and substitute my order. Like, wtf?
(4) When trying to confirm the status of my order, and finally to cancel it, I was repeatedly asked for information that was (a) already included in the mail chain and (b) in the subject line and/or (c) already should have been known.
(5) Their chatbot sucks, totally sucks, made a mess of this whole process. The great future of AI is here!
(6) I was not given clear or reliable information, and, as a result, no gift was delivered. All in all a horrible, inconvenient experience that left me without a gift on an important day.
I think one star is too much for this unethical company.

I used them twice and they fail me booth times:
I purchased in advance buke for my mother's birthday and after chasing and tracing it, flowers have been delivered one day after her birthday. Blossom Flowers refused to acknowledge responsibility for failure of their commitment. I thought that was one time glitch and use them again for Valentines Day.
I placed my purchase in advance and Blossom Flowers committed and charged me for hand delivery and day before or on Valantine day. Well, they fail all their commitments again. Flowers had been delivered by FedEx and left outside of my house and on freezing temperature. It was next day after Valentine Day.
They fearlessly declining failure on their service and refused to provide full refund. This company providing unethical business. Do not ever use them.
Placed an oder on Friday for delivery on Saturday. Paid the expedited fees. I followed up several times on Saturday and was told the flowers are being prepared. The tracker for their website does not work. These flowers were sympathy flowers, for my friend. I called and spoke to a person on Saturday evening, I told this man that if these flowers were not delivered but Sunday morning at the latest to cancel the order. He told me he needed 48 hours to get back to me. I followed up again on Sunday to find out where these flowers were. I was advised in the process of being prepared. Told them again to cancel and provide me with a full refund. Finally get a call today (Tuesday) saying they were delivered and they would only refund my expedited fee and a $10 coupon or credit. They said they tried to deli er several times. This is not true, my friend was home both on Saturday and all day Sunday. If they had any issues, they could have contacted me by telephone or email, nothing. To say there service was unacceptable is an understatement.
The correspondence is attached. They took my money, sent me a bogus delivery confirmation (see attached), stated they "ran out of stock" and it would be delivered the next day. It never was delivered. Following the placement of this order, I now receive a lot of tele market calls. This organization is criminal and should be investigated for identity theft.
I placed an order in 2/19 in the morning for next day delivery. It is now 2/21 and order still has not been delivered! I keep being told it is out for delivery and it is not happening nor can they get in touch with the delivery driver etc. Told them I want a refund and they said they don't know if they can do that. I paid over $80 for the arrangement and now I am out of the money and flowers are not being delivered! Stay clear!
I understand mistakes are bound to happen during the busiest business time of the year, but my experience after showed me that everything I experienced was not an issue of an overrun business. Everything I experienced was an issue of a business run terribly.
The NUMBER ONE thing to keep in mind is that their delivery service sends orders to OTHER flower shops. They may promise a list of products but the only thing they can promise is whatever your local flower shop will have.
Then there are two options; you can either allow them to steal money from you and carelessly give you the wrong order late after ordering or you can muster through the worst customer service on the planet. Their customer service messaging system is completely run by AI chatbots that will not direct you anywhere. And if you're like me and you're given a confirmation number that is nonapplicable to the resources on the website, you will never be able to find your flowers until you talk to a human. None of the AI chatbots understand that number.
In person, the process involves waiting for a long time to recieve help in customer service. They promise that they will call you back if you press a number and when you do, they likely forget. Or after the busiest season for the business, they will call you but you likely won't go through on the line until they call you on another number. But you could wait for hours like I did and stumble upon a number that will hang up on you immediately.
While speaking to a person finally allowed me to fix my order, it only happened after I left multiple voicemails to the company pleading for them to call me on another phone number. And now because of the few calls I picked up from Blossom, I now receive more scam calls.
Truthfully Blossom and Flowers in 4 Hours (the company that I ordered from that used Blossom) need to decide how to communicate to customers. Because if they continue promising flowers you may never recieve and they continue to maintain a resource support system that doesn't work, you're better off walking to your local flower shop and using the leftover 40 dollars for other things.
I ordered on Monday 2/17, paid extra for express shipping, Got an email on Tuesday saying their manufacturer ran out of supplies and they would reach out to someone else (in so many words) the funeral was today Wednesday 2/19 at 1:00 it is 5 minutes of and the funeral home quit accepting flowers at 12 noon! I am so mad - if it had been just me it wouldn't have been AS BIG of a deal but now I have to tell 4 co-workers that we didn't send flowers after all! I hope this review helps someone! I didn't read reviews - which I always do for everything else - I am out $130! I used my american express maybe they will reverse the charge! The screenshot is with "customer service" which is similar to my emails!
Ordered flowers on Feb 11 to be delivered for Valentine's Day. Never arrived. Try calling their customer service, one hour on the phone waiting for an agent, no one ever picked up. Left multiple messages on their website. Two days later, they called back. Told us they would investigate…we said do not bother, we want a refund. Today, (Feb 17) they attempted to make delivery, I wasn't at home, they called me, I told the delivery person we canceled the order which they insisted was just placed today. They then saw one of my neighbors, tried to delivery the flowers to her for me, I told my neighbor not to accept.
This is a bogus operation, we are out over $125 and appears we will never get it back. I'm going to report them, they deserve to be shut down,
Ordered delivery in California from Sweden. They kept tracker on till delivery day. Chatted they were on it and emails kept me hanging. AR the end, nothing came out of it. My credit card company is on it.
Don't Order from these folks. Placed an order before 12:00pm on 2/14/2025 and I am still waiting for the flowers. No update on the tracker. Customer service is SCRIPTED and or a BOT. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from these folks. I wish I didn't have to put a star because one is still toooo much.
Flowers were ordered in advance and promised on Valentine's Day. Never delivered and phone #online hangs up or keeps you on hold for hours. Don't trust this company.
Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
Answer: Cancel credit card! Spread the word, this company is a scam!
Answer: Order scraper. Pops up first in search results. Takes order and payment, then farms out To a local florist after deducting a juicy fee for themselves. DO NOT USE.
