Flowers were a week late. I had to try and find them through several attempts and emails! I was going to file a dispute with my bank, then my granddaughter told me they finally came a week later and definitely not the arrangement I paid for! Order directly from a local florist or FTD. I got this company while searching for a local florist. Never again! The worst. BBB has hundreds of complaints.
It was mothers day/ my wifes birthday and she lost her father and I spent over $150 and she never received her flowers. I put in the instructions to call before delivering and that never happened. They say I entered the wrong address and they were delivered to that address. Well I hope they enjoy them. Talking to the rep they were very rude and said this is my issue not there's. I have been using Blossom for years and now I will never use them again as a customer they made me feel worthless.
Absolutely horrible experience! Customer service was very poor you can spend over an hour just waiting on a phone, they will not answer the emails, the day of the delivery may change so be aware if you are ordering the flowers to be delivered on a same or even next day it will not be there, and on top of all if you think the flowers you are ordering will look like the picture on a website-think twice!
This company needs to be pushed out of business by not using them. I ordered a large arrangement for Mother's Day. I was given same day delivery options as well as the days following. I chose a two day delivery window since it was a holiday weekend. If that wasn't actually available, it shouldn't have been an option. The company is run on a bot. They use off shore customer service call centers, and all you can do is wait and hope that someone actually calls you back. I am still waiting. I cannot get my money refunded until someone contacts me back. This is a scam. If you use them, you are risking complete disappointment and loss.
Ordered for mothers day and I was never told or emailed the date would change- 3 days late- they said they delieved the flowers and they were not delivered and trying to charge me for them. Stay away

I paid 106 dollars. I gave the girl the item number. It was supposed to be a spring flower arrangement in a glass vase that I paid extra for the vase and paid extra for a balloon. I gave 20 dollar tip for the driver and was promised delivery the same day. It was delivered the next day. Well it was delivered u p s and u p s drivers can't accept tips. Where did the 20 dollars go? No balloon vase. They sent 5 roses in an ups box. Tried calling customer service and was thrown into a pool of others complaining. I was caller 16. Got down to caller 2 and they disconnected me. This happened 3 times with a total of 4 hours on the phone. I don't know how this place is in business! They are the worst I've ever dealt with. People stop at a gas station and pick up flowers before you use these nimrods. You'll get more for your money that way. I'm also filing a complaint with the better business bureau. And called my bank to stop the payment. They suck do not use them. The vase you see was my own and this is not even close to my order
They take your money, don't deliver flowers, don't respond to customer emails, don't give money back
I am disgusted. I ordered an expensive bouquet and the company sent a cheap, skimpy arrangement with a dead tulip hanging over the side-not what I ordered. The arrangement looks like a four year old put it together. I called customer service two times last weekend with no help, and emailed with a bot with no resolution. I want the situation rectified and what I ordered to be delivered. How could a company function at this level with so much competition and zero integrity? I would give zero stars if I could. See photo for what I ordered versus what was delivered. There was also zero notification the flowers were delivered. Further, the recipient was embarrassed to tell me how bad the bouquet was and it was her birthday.
I ordered flowers for same day delivery for a friend who had just had knee surgery. I got an email that evening it was delayed and would be delivered the next day with no offer of refund or credit for delivery/handling fee. My friend received them today and they look NOTHING like what I ordered! I could have picked up something at the local grocery store that looked better for $20 than the almost $90 I spent. I had a terrible experience with Blossom Flower Delivery and would never recommend their service. I placed an order on Friday, specifically paying extra for next-day delivery to ensure the flowers would arrive on Saturday. This was for a special occasion, and I trusted them to deliver on time. They did not. What made things worse is that they didn't contact me at all about the delay. I didn't hear a word from them until I called them myself — on TUESDAY, days after the delivery was supposed to happen. At that point, the event had already passed, and the moment was lost. When I asked for them to make things right, they flat-out refused to redeliver the flowers or offer any meaningful resolution. The only thing they did was issue a refund, but even that felt like the bare minimum after such a huge failure. If you're looking for reliable service, communication, or accountability, look elsewhere. Blossom Flower Delivery completely dropped the ball and didn't care enough to fix it.
Ordered flowers for my wife's 50th Bday, even paying extra to have them delivered by 1:00pm. Flowers never arrived, never received an email or notification until a day later that they would not be delivered. When I did receive an email, they stated their flower delivery did not arrive to fulfill the order, which I had ordered 3 days in advance of the delivery date.
Their web site is also deceptive, making you think you are ordering from one company, and they hijack the companies name. Buyer Beware - I will never order from them again.
I ordered a beautiful bouquet and it cost me $87.00 with the Groupon. First pic is what I ordered and 2nd what was delivered. The did not rectify this.
I ordered a dish garden for a friend who just lost her husband. They delivered a hanging basket that I could have purchased at Home Depot for $29.99. The dish garden I ordered was $89.99, $10.99 for shipping, $8.00 for a handling fee and an extra $5.00 for morning delivery for a total of $113.98. They didn't even deliver the flowers on the right date. The best they could do for me they said was to give me a 10% refund. I told them I didn't want a refund. I wanted them to deliver the dish garden I had originally ordered. They would not. This has been a terrible experience with emails going back-and-forth for about a week. I would never use this company for anything.
I ordered same day delivery flowers on a Friday for a Saturday evening holiday. Late Friday I got an email saying there was a delay and would be delivered Saturday. NO FLOWERS. They are closed on Sunday. Monday morning I was told delivery will be that day. NO FLOWERS After calling and being on hold for 75 minutes I got to someone named Hattie. When I asked when the delivery was going to be made, she hung up on me. I worked in customer service for over 40 and have never seen anything that compares to the service at this company. BEWARE
Tried to order flowers today for a 2 day delivery. I ordered online. I get a text about 10 mins later stating they need the phone number of the recipient. I text it back immediately, no reply. I text back again, no reply. I get an Email from them stating the same thing. I Email them the phone number. They Email me back, stating they need the order number. Luckily I took a Screen Shot of the order, they never sent a confirmation Email. I sent them that. I get an Email back, stating they need the order number. The order number was in the screen shot. I sent them the order number again, this time I wrote it for them. Then I get another Email saying they need my Email address, the one they just Emailed me on. I think that company hires people with a 10 IQ. Why would they Email me, then ask for my Email? I don't get it. I just got fed up and told her I want to cancel my order. She asks for my Email again for the customer service team to reach out to me. Well,, they never did. I tried calling, I was number 21 in line, so I get an automated response so I can hang up and be called back when it's my turn in line. Guess what, no call back. I tried calling again in 50 mins, 21 in line, this happened 4 times I called, always 21 in line. What are the probabilities on that, slim and none. I finally went to their website and found a link I could cancel my order. What a nightmare. I went to Bloomex, which I should of done in the first place, no trouble with them, it was very smooth and easy. I'm too old to be dealing with these type of people at Blossom. Stay away, stay far away.
Ordered floral delivery to be delivered express before 1pm at additional cost only for order never to arrive and calling the customer service line put me in queue for an hour only to get a chance to leave a voicemail. Horrible.
Literally 3 blooms delivered in a short, squatty square when the photo depicted a tall vase with a minimum of 8 blooms. Customer service hung up on me twice and no response to my email. Disgusted and embarrassed as this was delivered to a friend. NEVER buy from these shady crooks.
Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.

Answer: Order scraper. Pops up first in search results. Takes order and payment, then farms out To a local florist after deducting a juicy fee for themselves. DO NOT USE.
