Terrible customer service 100% of the time. Have used this company twice and both times were ridiculously poor service, should have learned from the first time instead of giving them the benefit of the doubt. Flowers were a week late for a time sensitive event, came in a cheap box -not a vase, the flowers were wrong, the representatives are rude and unprofessional, they lie and make up excuses then become agitated when you tell them you know their facts are wrong. They informed me days after my delivery was late that they would be late... offered me a $5 discount to apply to my next purchase. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I wish I had read the reviews before going back to this company. Hundreds of dollars wasted.
My boyfriend ordered me flowers 3 days ago from blossom flowers. Although the website says delivered, I never received any flowers. Spoke to customer service twice to resolve the issue. Nothing got done.

Save your money and go elsewhere. Late delivery, flower arrangement ordered not what was delivered & balloons didn't last 1 day. Flowers wilted. 1st box flowers in mail then Bouquet came with balloons. Both wilted. Requested full refund & offered 15% then 20% before told could not offer any further refund.

Ordered there quote special deal of the day arrangement. It was described as a one of a kind bouquet. Their words. Was was delivered for $71.00 and change were 3 roses with a small amount of greenery. Their website states. " we will pick up and redeliver another arrangement if you notify us within two days of receiving the flowers". I notified them within two hours of the delivery that I was not happy at all. The flowers were ordered for my granddaughters 18th birthday. I wanted a special arrangement. I think the average person would agree 3 roses in a small vase is nice but not what you would call a special arrangement. They show arrangements of the same price with 6 roses and greenery. How do you explain that? They refused to honor their policy of redelivering another arrangement. They offered a 10% refund initially. I said no. They then offered a 25% refund, I said no I want them to honor the website and redeliver an arrangement. That's all I wanted.
Don't buy from them. Numerous other businesses to use!
I ordered a deluxe bouquet for my ill sister and I paid extra to make sure she got a full bouquet. I also paid extra for them to arrive in the morning. Not only did she get a small, basic bouquet that looked nothing like I ordered, but they were delivered in the afternoon. I will never use them again! Scam! The pic on the left is what I ordered and the pic on the right is what she got.
Total scam of a company. The flower arrangement looked NOTHING like what I ordered online. Totally screwed me over. They have zero integrity in making restitution. Do not ever use them, you will be beyond disappointed. Horrible customer service, day late delivery, not what you order. Insane that they are allowed to stay in business.

I waited 4 days for my arrangement to be delivered... 3 days AFTER my sisters birthday. I was very specific about what I wanted, all purple, pink and white, which was a selection on their website. To my surprise, orange, yellow and red flowers were delivered. I was mad! They refused to refund my money or send the correct arrangement!

Ive ordered from these clowns 3 times and every time they tell me they have teddy bears to go with their orders and after each time they send you an email a day later saying they are out! This last time i ordered from them they waited to the day of my girlfriend birthday to send an email saying they have neither teddy bears or enough flowers to fulfill the order! I understand things happen but I've given them 3 tries in. 9 MONTH period to get it right and they cant seem to do it! Dont ruin your special occasion by using the clowns!
HORRIBLE! I ordered flowers for a Friday delivery. They called on Fri and said they had to substitute what I wanted. No discount offered. I was told my delivery would still be Fri. Late in day, message that it will be Saturday. I called and women on phone was unbelievable rude. Sat is only a day late. Saturday evening got a message saying Tuesday. We are 5 days out from the day. This was important to me. Phone lady rude again. It took me 20 minutes to cancel. I still don't have the refund ($75) but they finally offered me $5 discount, I had to order from another sight so niw I'm $147 in and Blossom could care less. STAY AWAY
I order flowers from this company for my mothers 75 birthday and they said same day deliver. Well at 4:31pm they still haven't delivered and when I called to check on them they told me that they had not been made due they didnt have the flowers in stock. They said that the arrangement would be delivered the next day. I didn't order flowers to be delivered on another day that wasn't my mothers birthday. I have been in the florist industries for over 30 years and this is not how you take care of your customer. No phone calls, emails, or text messages to confirm this with me. I canceled my order and went to HEB and made my own arrangement to deliver to my Mother. Never again will I use this company.
Absolutely the worst company. 0 customer service and I'm pretty sure it's just a scam. Been waiting for a delivery for the last 6 days and they're just not even communicating with me anymore. Arrangement was for an in memoriam. So disgusting, these people should not be in charge of anything that involves anything emotional. Total cash grab run by horrible people. Barf.
Flowers arrived two days after funeral even though I had to pay extra. Horrible customer service, lame excuses, and horrible experience. If you want flowers to arrive on time order from elsewhere.
My flowers were suppose to deliver by 1 pm on 8-26-22 but at 7pm on the 26th the tracker said delivered but I was already home and outside but no delivery driver pulled up with my $100 flowers I ordered to be delivered to my wife to our house but they never came. The customer service said 24 hours and would be in touch. It's now been 4 days and nobody has called. I demand my refund immediately. I'm tired of dealing with this Headach amd I will do everything in my power to make sure everyone knows that y'all are a SCAM. I promise and How can you sleep at night knowing you scam people out of there hard earned money. It's sad and I don't want to be you when the day comes and you have to answer for your sins.
Do not use this service under any circumstances! They are a scam company. They are just a call center and usually no flowers are actually delivered. You order, they take your money and then they only deliver flowers (late) if you follow up with them. The call center contacts a local florist, again only if they get caught in the scam. If you have used their services and been scammed, dispute the charges on your credit card to get your money back.
My sister & I wanted a pretty bouquet for our sister who is waiting for heart surgery. This was a sudden change from someone who was previously very active and healthy, so it's been a great concern for our family.
My sister ordered a bouquet of sunflowers with a Get well balloon and 2 mylar balloons--$100 after delivery fees, etc.
What was delivered? MAYBE 6 sunflowers wrapped in white paper.
NO vase
NO balloons.
Customer service offered a 10% discount. Not acceptable.

Worst! I called on Thurs and ordered flowers to be delivered the same day to Midway UT my order total $104 and it would be delivered by 8pm their cut off time for delivery, i received an email for my receipt along w place to track my order which i could not access! That evening I called since the flowers wer not delivered and was told they did not have the flower and have ordered them from the warehouse, it was to be delivered the next day! I called on Friday at 1030 am and was told flowers wer in transit and they were to be delivered within 20-30 min, by 2:30 pm which made 4 hrs later no flowers were delivered, I called again and was told driver had incident and they would make thw delivery on Mon! At this point i asked my flowers to be cancelled and i waited on the phone for 21 min for them to cancel my order! I never received any emails updating me and whn i checked my email for the refund on the bottom the status of my order it has flowers delivered on Thurs but on company tracking site it has "in transit "! This company is the most unorganized and unprofessional company I have ordered from! Never again will i order from them and now i have to wait 6 days to receive my refund when they charges for the flowers were deducted while i was on the phone ordering them! Hopefully theyr are honest enough to do so!
Would give 0 or negative stars if I could! Ordered same-day-delivery flower arrangement for mom's 88th birthday. They were not delivered until 4 days later and were dead. Shown on website arranged in a vase with water, but arrived in a cardboard box in 109 degree weather. Not "arranged". Some were wilted, others had rotted and were covered in slime. Website said they'd come from local florist, but had been to 3 places in CA before arriving in AZ. Will only refund 15% although we got 0 flowers. Mom embarrassed to complain. Couldn't send pics because she doesn't have a smart phone. I'm embarrassed of the "gift" and out $75. May be her last birthday! Company gave no apology but admitted this is not what I ordered and should have been fresh, professionally arranged flowers in water.
This company is dishonest and other untrustworthy. It never delivered my flowers, made up excuses why not, and finally quit responding.
Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
