Do not use this company. They did not make anything right and delivered my mom the worst flowers I have ever seen in my life. I paid almost 90 dollars for these horrible flowers. Second picture is qhat I ordered. First picture is qhat she received.
Called florist to ensure that if I ordered the arrangement it would be delivered in time for a family funeral. The employee guaranteed delivery if I paid extra. Sadly no flowers arrived and when I called to ask why, I found out they knew they wouldn't be able to deliver the flowers early that morning but never had the common decency to call me.
Employee I spoke too was rude and dismissive without apology not sure if I didn't call they wouldn't have just kept the money.

I thought this was a reputable company. I placed an order days in advance of my daughter's birthday. I also paid extra to for expedited delivery between 9 AM - 1 PM, so she could enjoy the flowers. I was unable to see her due to Covid, so this meant something to me. Flowers were not delivered. I called several times and did connect with customer service. Finally, at 6:35 PM an arrangement was left on her doorstep. A dozen roses set in a small mason jar. My daughter called me and told me to get my money back as the floral design was unacceptable. My daughter sent me a pic of the arrangement and I couldn't believe how bad it was. Trying to get a refund is a joke. After numerous emails, I can only get back 15% of the actual floral arrangement. Forget, the delivery charge. I spent over $95 in total. I am getting a refund of $9.75. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL RIP OFF. THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE. DO NOT USE THEM.
A zero rating. Very poor service! A special occasion ended up a disaster. A bday surprise package should be delivered in express time before 1 pm to a business company. It hasn't delivered at all until i receive a call from my daughter
asking if i received it. We called CS, they say to deliver to my house, still nothing! How can they run a business when they cannot deliver on time? A flower shop? I demand a full refund for my daughter, i don't need the flowers anymore. It's not my bday anymore!
I ordered flowers to be delivered to a church before the memorial service. The "designer" upsold me all sorts of things and it was hard t keep up (and she had a very heavy accent). I ended up paying for things that I didn't realize she had added to my order. I did pay for expedited delivery because I was worried the flowers might not get to the church on time. Imagine my horror when both the church and the bereaved confirmed with me a couple of days later that there had been no flower delivery at all. Customer service promised to follow up and call me but I never received a single call. After sending multiple emails, I finally (after a full week) got a refund. The money was not the point - these were flowers for a funeral and the lack of commitment, care, and customer service by this business is appalling. Do NOT use this business if you care about flowers actually getting delivered.
Terrible customer service they didn't deliver flowers on the day they said they would and still haven't! Never use this company
I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary. Wanted them delivered to a resturant for when we arrived. They assured me this could happen. The flowers never showed up. Four days later I received a text saying that they would be delivered the following day. I cancelled my order. Waiting now to see if I will get the refund that they said was coming.

I'd give them NEGATIVE STARS if I could. Did not deliver flowers as promised. Then two days later, still no flowers. Was told those flowers were not in their inventory. Would have appreciated a phone call offering another arrangement so my order could be delivered on time. Then I was offered $5 off an $80 order and a coupon so that I would not cancel. I had to tell the guy (could barely understand him) a big no. $5 off an order that they didn't deliver is not okay. Then I got the run-around and lied to during the cancellation process. Was told up to 6 days for a refund. Two hours later, they are still asking to deliver the flowers. I finally went to my credit card to dispute as I have zero confidence that they will return my money.
I ordered flowers for my friends birthday for a delivery one Friday. No delivery, no calls, no emails. I contact them via website at 8pm. I get an email that they are short staffed and short supplies so they will deliver the next day. Saturday comes and goes and still no delivery and no communication. Conveniently their customer service is closed until Monday. They charged my credit card with no problems but can't seem to deliver the product. Fraud! Theft! Don't use this company. There are plenty of other florists out there.
This company is an entire scam, same day delivery my $#*!. Contacted them 5 times and still no ETA, they also pretended three trucks broke down and the flowers got "destroyed" WASTE OF MY 300$ will definitely be reporting this! I wish I seen all these bad reviews before.

I placed an order for my girlfriend on 4th of November to be delivered on the 7th of November. I got an email on Sunday, 6th of November, they said it will be delayed by one day due to late delivery of supplies. I have no choice so I just agreed. 8th of November came, NOTHING RECEIVED. When I messaged customer service, they said it is scheduled to be delivered on 9th of November- I asked them multiple times why I didn't get notified, no reason from them. Instead of sympathizing, they just said "Don't worry as we will make your order extra special". How will it become extra special when IT IS TWO DAYS LATE FOR HER ACTUAL BIRTHDAY?! Today, 9th of November- NOTHING RECEIVED. Emailed them multiple times and GOT NO RESPONSE.
If you can't meet customer expectation, then DON'T ACCEPT ORDERS.

I order a bouquet for a friends mothers funeral. I ordered a premium that was $132.00. I found out that they called Albertsons and had them make a bouquet that was a complete joke $20 value. It didn't look anything like the picture I ordered from. They use a St George number and make you think they are a local florist. When I called to complain they were only willing to return $30 on a $132 dollar purchase.
Do not use them! They are dishonest and not willing to make it right!
I paid for rush delivery so the flowers could get to hospital after birth of grandchild but they didn't have flowers to send. On Monday so my son and daughter-in-law went home before flowers and it was a big cluster to get them shipped to their home. Very unhappy about the experience with blossom flowers. I hope at least the flowers are fresh or I may leave a second review.
Ordered online for my daughter's 50th birthday, kinda a big deal right! Ordered well in advance of the day to prevent any complications. Waited until 4:30-5 to hear that my daughter had received flowers. When I didn't I checked the tracking which said they were out for delivery before "end of day". At this point I emailed blossoms to inquire what end of day meant and when to expect delivery. It took quite sometime to hear back and when I finally did they informed me that the delivery man was ill and would be unable to deliver. Sent another email complaining that I should have been informed early in the day so other(and apparently more dependable) florist arrangements could be made. Next text said that chat had been discontinued due to the time (closing time are you kidding me!). They are going to send a refund, we'll see how that goes. But after reading the reviews here I feel lucky that my daughter never received her substandard flowers. This place is a joke and should be shut down. They DO NOT know anything about quality, customer service or how we run a business in Canada. Buyer beware!
This company is a complete scam operation. A dozen red roses ordered on Nov. 1, finally delivered on the 7th, and this after 4 or 5 calls to a line that appears to have been a call center in India. (Two of the women we spoke to pronounced the state of Oregon, where they claimed to be living, as in the spice "oregano.") They lied at least 3 times to say the flowers were out for delivery. When the roses finally arrived, they were wilted and some had the stems broken. My guess is they buy them at a grocery story right before they get thrown out, and send some poor schmuck to deliver them. Avoid these crooks at all costs.
My boyfriend ordered these flowers to be delivered two days later. It is now 3 days no flowers. They have one excuse after another as to why they haven't been delivered. Management is not good and cannot solve problems. I would suggest another flower delivery company.
Please do not use this place if you want flowers delivered. They do not even care if they get there before or after the Funeral Services. Sorry Company. I wish I would have read these reviews first.
Ordered over $150 worth of flowers to be delivered to my daughter for her birthday and even paid for early delivery. Not only did they not deliver at all, when I called to follow up and ask where the delivery was and what local company was handling the delivery, I was told that it was coming from their local warehouse. I requested more details on the location of their warehouse only to be told that they can't provide that information as they don't allow walk ins. I wish I could blast this company for the criminals they are to prevent anyone else from having to go through what I am now going through to get my money back. I have to work with my bank on a fraudulent level as the company won't address the issue nor issue me a refund. They wouldn't even give me their names when I inquired.
My boyfriend and I ordered his mom flowers for her a day before her birthday. 3 days later, still no flowers delivered.
We called the first day, and we'd input the wrong address, which was our mistake, but there was no communication regarding this until we reached out.
Second day, still no flowers. I called to cancel, was promised up and down that the flowers would be upgraded and put on the delivery truck for the first shipment.
Third day, still no flowers. Finally someone reaches out to me regarding my order vs me calling and I'm told the same thing I was told the day before about an upgrade and the flowers being the first delivery.
I finally cancelled because, at this point, I don't totally trust it's ever going to happen. All of this was on a small bouquet of same-day flowers. I'm in my late 20s, so I get there's a shortage of employees everywhere and people are stretched thin, but the sheer lack of communication and the fact that it is now 4 days past the birthday-lady's day isn't okay. I highly recommend going with another company.
I purchased a sympathy bouquet for a close friend and purchased based on the offer of same day delivery. 2 days later I got a message requesting more money (said it cost them $60 more but they were "only" requesting $30 more from me), and that they could not complete the order without this. They requested I respond allowing them to further charge my card quickly so they could "make my order a priority." What a SCAM and complete disgrace. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Joke of a business with horrible service and no regard for their customers.
Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
Answer: Cancel credit card! Spread the word, this company is a scam!
