What came looked nothing like what I ordered and not only that but it looked horrible. Customer service would do nothing about it. I added pictured of what I ordered vs what I got.
I ordered the Premium Bouquet for delivery with balloons. A very small bouquet was delivered with one balloon only. I paid $140 for a low quality arrangement. Their customer service would not refund my money or deliver another bouquet. Awful Service! NEVER order from this company!

I requested a delivery the next day (Wed.) after order placed. I received an email on Thursday night stating that they tried to deliver that day, when it should have been delivered Wednesday, but had the wrong address. Which they didn't. They wanted another $20 to redeliver. I told them to cancel the order and they said they couldn't. I was on the phone with them for a good hour or so and all they cared about was redelivering. They said they could delivery the following Tuesday. A week late! Are you kidding me? I kept insisting that they cancel my order but they wouldn't and kept talking over me. That's the short version. I had to call my CC company to dispute the charges. They had no problem billing me before they were even delivered. Who does that! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T USE THEM! The worst customer service ever. All they care about is the money.
Did not get what was supposed to get it was very late and got 20 doll discount on a 80 order the bow looked like it was dragged in the mud
They couldn't find the delivery address on my order. When I responded to their email asking about the address, they spent a day not responding, then called and had not looked for my email response. That's two days lost. Then they said their supplier didn't have the flowers. Hold times on customer service were ridiculous. Forget them. Order locally.
Never use this company. I have had a horrific experience. None of the promised professionalism or customer service actually exists. My $200 flower order has disappeared. My son is alone in the infirmary for his 16th birthday without a gift from his parents. None of the promises of the company were upheld. Everyone went home for the day and couldn't care less: 1. The automated line says the flowers were delivered 2. The flowers were not delivered, they are lost somewhere 3. The instructions were not followed 4. I was not called nor was I emailed when the order was delivered, as promised 5. I called customer service and was told by Jay that he cannot reach anyone, no one can help me, nothing can be done, it does not matter that $200 of flowers are lost and my son is without a 16th birthday gift from his parents, that the owner and the company does not care and is not reachable, and that it will be dealt with in the morning.
I would advise against using this company for anything important. They are unable to follow instructions, follow through, make a delivery, or provide any meaningful customer service or caring. This is not who you want handling your important life events, choose another company.
THEY ARE A SCAM. THEY DIDN'T DELIVER OUR ORDER, AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD FOLLOW UP, BUT THEY DID NOT CALL US BACK. I HAD TO REPORT THEM TO AMERICAN EXPRESS.
I ordered flowers for a funeral. I understood suppliers didn't have certain flowers but I was assured they would make it up with same valued flowers. To be sure, I requested a picture before delivery. No picture, no receipt, no nothing even stating they were delivered. They should be shut down for the garbage that was sent to that funeral. Totally embarassing!
Please do not order from this company, their physical arrangements look nothing like what is on their website. When we called to complain, they were not helpful at all.
Do NOT order from this place, unless of course, you don't care if your flowers are actually DELIVERED! I ordered over $125 worth of flowers and balloons to be delivered to my mother on her 80th birthday…I even paid for EARLY delivery. So, what did I get for my money? NOTHING! No flowers delivered…no emails that there was an issue, NOTHING!

They reply, but with no actual facts on "designers choice" substitutions, delayed delivery or refunds on what you ordered and expedited delivery. DON'T ORDER WITH THEM! It's a scam, and the place I was sending it to was a Police Station! They don't give a fcuk. Pay the extra and go to FTD to know it is done right. My bad for making the choice I made. It was a rural area, with not many of options.
The flowers I ordered were never delivered. Their customer service email about non deliveries does not work and I spoke to a person that sounded like a robot who put me on hold forever only to tell me that they needed to reach out to the driver for proof of delivery and ti would take 48 hours to get back to me. Their tracking sight never moved past "order placed" and does not say it was delivered but they did manage to charge my credit card. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I'm not sure how blossom flower and sunny flower are related. But, I ordered a sympathy bouquet as shown on the website. First off it took a week to get delivered. And was not a bouquet delivered by a florist. It was a FedEx box of flowers. The website offers you the ability to tip the alleged driver which I did, however there is no driver, there is no florist, it is a dropship of flowers via FedEx. I asked to be credited back as this was misrepresentation and they refused. I will have to take this up with Visa.

Placed an order on 11/28 for a 12/1 delivery. Was contacted on 11/30 saying they needed more money because the supplier in the area was more expensive.
YEAH RIGHT! A national flower company that approved the zip code for my order needs me to pay more to complete what they already sold me.
I looked up Google and BBB reviews TOO late.
Apparently this company is known for terribly dead/small/plastic bouquets in place of pictures of large bouquets.
I cancelled and requested a refund. I reported to BBB and am working with my credit card company.
I paid $160 for a white rose flower arrangement. Roses are brown, leaves falling off. My local grocery store sells better flowers at 1/4 the price. Do not order from Blossoms.

This is unacceptable! I used your website because you falsely advertised same day service in Alvin Texas, I was promised same day delivery within 4 hours on Wednesday 11/23! I paid extra for expedited service!
When I purchased said arrangement the delivery date was then changed to Thursday, without my knowledge, permission or asking if me if that was acceptable. Then the date changed to Friday, then Saturday. It is now Sunday. This 88 year old woman, my mother in law has lost her husband the day before Thanksgiving. I have made over 16 calls to your substandard establishment with absolutely no answers or satisfaction.
I have had a plethora of ridiculous excuses, for instance Your team asked me to hold for a minute while they would reach out to your delivery team. That happened 9 times. No one answered I was told I would get a call back with in an hour several times and never ever did. I was told your delivery people were unable to answer the phone because they were too busy. This is not my problem, if you are too busy and can't offer satisfactory service as promised then you should not be over promising and under delivering! Or in the customer service industry at all. This was already a terrible situation losing my father in law and your company has embarrassed me to my family and caused me a lot of unnecessary time & stress!I have no idea why this is taking so long to resolve. I am a Senior Marketing Director for Marriott Hotels International, and frequently have to resolve guest service issues. The customer is always right. Your customer service is disgusting and needs drastic improvement. The last thing I should have to deal with when my father in law has just passed away is my family not receiving the flowers and your complete hoax of customer service. I want a resolution no later than tomorrow morning. My best friend is a successful attorney and if I do not hear back, you will be hearing from her office for location false advertising, unnecessary stress, false service promises, lying, and theft! After further investigation you advertise you're a local florist in Texas, when in reality your office is in Portland!. At this point it's theft. I have given you $126 and no one can tell me where these illusive flowers are. I have received absolutely nothing in return except awful service, total stress and no flowers!

Update. These flowers were now ordered a week ago I still have no refund or flower delivery and the worst customer service possible DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I ordered flowers from Blossom to celebrate my best friend's birthday. When she didn't receive anything, I attempted to track down my order. The tracking number didn't work and I had to wait a day before anyone would respond to my inquiry. Then, the brouhaha began in earnest. One email instructed me to call a representative at a certain number. I called over and over again, and each time received an automated message that the call could not be completed as dialed. Then, I started receiving calls from the number, but when I answered there was no one there. I emailed and called and emailed and called. I received one email indicating that the company was sorry that it hadn't completed my order on time and asking if I wanted them to continue with the delivery. At that point, I checked my credit card statement and learned that I had already been charged for the delivery that hadn't been made. Then, six days after I had placed the order and four days after the occasion, unimaginably, I received an email indicating that the company had found someone to fill my order but that IT WOULD REQUIRE $40 MORE! WHAT?!?!?! I was asked to call that same non-working number again to give them my credit card information via phone. NO WAY TO THAT! I demanded a refund, which I did receive a few days later, but my best friend's birthday went unmarked and the hassle of the experience was beyond appalling! If you actually want flowers delivered, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
A SCAM. Added $40.00 to our order and listed the wrong address. Have reported to BBB and Attorney General in Texas.
Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.

Answer: Order scraper. Pops up first in search results. Takes order and payment, then farms out To a local florist after deducting a juicy fee for themselves. DO NOT USE.
