Purchased and tipped for a Cherished Farewell Funeral Basket for $111.21 and found out they delivered a vase with 8 carnations and 5 roses! I was offered 10% refund and told that I need to be understanding that they need to make a profit!
After ordering online three dozen roses for my wife's birthday we receive The flowers they died within three days $250 they told me they would give me 15% back obviously I told them where to stick the 15%
DO NOT use this company. I do not believe they are a real florist. My order was not delivered when it was supposed to be. I called/email and got the run around from multiple people who sounded like they were from another country. They state that they are a local florist. I strongly suggest if anyone has had a bad experience with them to report them to the BBB, Federal Trade Commission and Internal Crime Complaint. If you look at their reviews on Facebook you will see how many people have been taken advantage of by this company. Their positive reviews are most likely fake. Save yourself the time, money and aggravation and do not us them.
I ordered same day delivery for flowers, it has been a nightmare all day. My father passed this morning and these idiots keep calling, texting and emailing. I responded to all of contacts and begged them to just deliver the damn flowers. They called to say they can get them there in a few days. Horrible service
I would not recommend this florist. After they missed the delivery date, they texted me and asked me for more money so they could have someone else deliver the flowers because they did not have the proper flowers. When i returned the call the wanted to give me 5.00 off my next delivery! I said no and said that my friend now thinks I missed her bday and they should be refunding me more than 5.00. They also got my name wrong in the text! It is 7:15 pm and I have NO IDEA if my friend received her flowers. I will never order from this florist again and after reading their reviews many others do not. I wished I had read them before i ordered! I tried to include pics of the text and the receipt which got coded as groceries, but the program wont accept them. UGH! SOO DISAPPOINTED.
I originally was purchasing a $60 set of flowers, they insisted that I upgrade to premium for $130 total… my girlfriend received a set of flowers "STANDARD" $60 set and they pocketed the difference.
I needed to send an arrangement for my mother in law's celebration of life. I ordered it after hours on a Tuesday with the delivery needed by Thursday noon. They did it! It was beautiful! I was so very happy they were able to make this work for me!
I spent almost $300 on an arrangement that was amazing on their site. There was 3 dozen roses of various colors lots of leafage that gave it an overall beautiful look. When the flowers arrived they were dropped off by Safeway. Yes the grocery store delivered them. What was delivered ended up being Safeways $45 dollar vase of roses with 2 additional dozen added which were like $15 each.
I spoke to Pablo about this and sent them pictures of what I ordered and what was delivered. They offered me 10% off and I asked for them to deliver what I ordered since that's what I paid for. They then offered me a 20% credit and I again asked for them to just deliver what I ordered. There response was you ordered 3 dozen and we delivered 3 dozen all the extra leafage was just extra and did not effect the actual 3 dozen roses delivered.
I guess you live and you learn. I will be disputing this with my Credit Card company at this point.
I ordered a $109.00 deluxe arrangement to be sent the next day and paid an extra $18 to have it expedited the next morning. 2 days later and still not delivered. I have called 4x and am transferred to a different agent in China every time and they will not allow me to speak with a manager nor reimburse any portion that was paid. Do NOT waste your time with this company. This is a scam!
This truly is the worst experience I have had with any florist. I requested a peace lilly for a friend whose father passed away and I immediately received an email requesting to substitute my order which I immediately wrote back and said absolutely not, please cancel my order. And I will add, they actually state and I quote "Your order is on hold until we hear back from you." I then went somewhere else and ordered the peace lilly which was delivered. A day later I receive an email indicating they went ahead and sent flowers anyway and charged my credit card. I called them to indicate that I should not be charged this because I had already cancelled and went elsewhere due to the fact that I did not want a replacement and customer service said there was nothing they could do. I will NEVER go on their website again and I recommend to you all, do not order anything from them, they are not truthful and it is fraud when they use your credit card a day later when I had asked them to cancel the order because they could not supply what I wanted.
Did not get the flowers on time and they look like $#*! and do not use them for anything. This was a waste of money and time i had to call the 8 times to see where the flower was and very rude people. I am going to fight to get my money back from them they are a-shole company
I ordered a flower arrangement for my wife (anniversary). I opted for the "premium" upgrade, with a Mylar balloon and expedited delivery. $110.00. What was delivered 2.5 hours late with no balloon, was a few stems of absolute crap! Looked nothing like the picture advertised, not even close. It was an embarrassment and complete ripoff. Stay clear of these thieves

Absolutely Pathetic Flower Delivery Company! Did not have the product and did not inform me so I could contact a different Flower shop. Wanted to give me a stupid $5 refund and deliver the flowers the following week!
Placed my order the tracker still shows as order received even after it was delivered. Order got there late only because I called about the tracker I paid an additional charge for expedited and to top it off the order was incomplete but of course the person receiving it don't know that until I as the person who ordered it saw what came. The person who answered when I called said they were well aware of the online tracker for the order didn't always work so a problem they haven't fixed yet! Won't be recommending this company!
Ordered flowers for a funeral 3 days ago. Was just notified they cannot fulfill my order…the day of the viewing! They blamed it on the supplier which seems to be the excuse they use for several other negative reviews. Stay away! If I could give them negative stars, I would.
Ordered 10/18 for delivery 10/20-- credit card charged--- flowers no show.

Paid for flowers the day before to give my mother on her 75th birthday then the day they were supposed to deliver they sent a email stating they don't have the products to compete the flowers. Then ask me to pay $24 extra dollars to place a order with their partner company that can deliver tomorrow after her birthday sad company
Terrible. I ordered flowers and they were to be delivered Saturday by 1pm as I paid for expedited shipping. They sent me an email at 2:31pm that day and said they would not be able to deliver because of a supplier issue. They had to know this when I ordered. These were for a funeral which was on that Sunday. I was very upset. They offered to send on Monday which is too late. Then they told me I had to wait 2-6 business days for a refund. WTF Bad customer service.
My aunt passed away on the East Coast I live on the West Coast to represent my family I ordered a white cross with red flowers over the phone with a live representative. I paid an additional delivery fee I think it was five or six dollars to have it delivered by 1 o'clock in the afternoon. Two days later the day of the reception following the funeral I got a message from them saying they can only deliver my item to a funeral home not to a private home. I made it very clear they would be for the reception after the funeral at my uncles home. They claimed the floral display I ordered can only go to a funeral home and they would now have to replace it with some kind of display to be delivered two days later on a Monday.
Not only did they not deliver the item I ordered they couldn't deliver it on the day and thought that it was appropriate to deliver flowers two days after the event. Complete waste of time and money during a very emotional time I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, not happy.
Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. I ordered flowers for a friend who had a death I the family. Flowers were scheduled to be delivered 10/11. I tried to track the order on 10/11 and the site said "order not found". I called customer service and was told the flowers were delayed bc they did not have the supplies. I was never notified of this. That didn't work for me or the recipient bc she was going out of town for over a week. I told the customer service agent this and she just kept repeating "we cannot refund. We cannot cancel". She said I had to call back the following day (Wednesday) to cancel bc they would have the supplies (didn't make sense) I called back Wednesday and spoke to a nicer lady who told me the flowers were out for delivery but not to worry they would not be delivered if they could not get in contact with the recipient and that she was contacting the delivery driver to tell them not to deliver (this was at 12:15). She told me to call back tomorrow( Thursday) and give them a date to reschedule. I called back today and was told "we cannot reschedule bc we delivered your flowers at 12:39 yesterday." After questioning several times why they were delivered when I was told on the phone that they would not be I asked the recipient to check her cameras and the flowers were not delivered Wednesday like the customer service lady said. They were delivered this morning at 10:16am. So not only did every single person I speak to lie to me. They will not reschedule or refund the order bc they delivered it even though I asked them not to since the family was going to be out of town. If they would have delivered the flowers on the promised date they would have been home however now the flowers are going to die and I am out $90. Anytime is ask to speak to a supervisor I am told they are out "checking deliveries".
Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
