Abysmal company. Ordered a sympathy arrangement. They trick you making their site appear like a local company. Called me 2 hours after the delivery window saying they can't deliver for 3 more days. How about a big F U to this company. Reported them to my credit card company. Scam scam scam scam SCAM stay away!
Overpriced and changed my delivery date without notifying me. I had to call customer service to find out that it would deliver the next day. I even paid extra for early delivery. If they think a coupon is going to fix anything, they've lost minds.
This company is not a florist they are a order gatherin California or New York they send ordersto florist and they take extra charges for tipping Driver or Early delivery but they keep for themselves. Sophie and her gang of crooks, will lie and say driver needed to go get more flowers or no you cant come into our shop we dont let people in,,,thats cause they dont have a store in that town anywhere.
I ordered a flower arrangement for my wife birthday 2 days ago. I paid the the prime delivery fee to get the flowers by 1:00 pm. It is 4:11 pm and so far the flowers have not arrived. I have been calling since 10:00 am to get the status of the order and the only thing that the customer service rep says is that it is our for delivery. I even asked for a refund to please cancel the order and they denied it because it is already out for delivery. So far, no flowers yet. Horrible service. It was a birthday surprise and now I guess I will be surprised if the flowers even arrive. If you want to avoid headaches just avoid ordering from here. Hopefully they don't steal my money. I wish I could add photos of the arrangement but i can't yet cause the flowers HAVE NOT ARRIVED YET.
I choose this florist because I needed flowers delivered to a hospital the same day. They were supposed to deliver by 6:30pm and did not. To make matters worse I received an email from them asking me for another $15 saying they had to get the flowers from another florist because they didn't get their deliveries that day. If this place isn't a scam they are doing a great job of impersonating one.
Right from the start I had a bad taste in my mouth about this company. They were asking all these details that did not matter, and not asking the important questions about delivery of flowers. They were delivering flowers to a HOTEL, and they could not even complete that. I'm sorry but a hotel is the EASIEST place to deliver flowers to. A hotel has an entire limb of their company with multiple employees devoted to receiving, logging, and expediting deliveries to their guests. They have concierge, front desk, bellhops, managers. There is ALWAYS someone at the front door to great a delivery driver. They are always staffed. Literally there is no better, easier place to deliver flowers to than a hotel.
1 day before the delivery of the flowers they sent me some bogus email asking for more money... Yeah, they said they couldn't complete the flower arrangement and had to call in a local specilist who charges more money. Oh man how did I fall for this? I told them "no, you guys take the loss, you're a business, this is your job. I paid you already." I should have cancelled right then and there. But I'm the type of idiot these scam companies prey on.
And yes, you guessed it... Blossom Flower Delivery not only did not deliver the flowers, they sent no notification, no email, no update, nada. I emailed a half a week later, no response, follow up email the next day, no response. I called and got a lady Joy who was not professional, put me on hold for 20 minutes, and had no real answers. After talking with her it was clear that her job was to waste my time, and frustrate me so that I hung up or just accepted the "L" on this one, but nope, not this time. I wished Joy well, hung up, and I immediately called my Credit Card company and disputed the charge.
Do not even think of giving this business a second of your time, please, I beg of you. I hope this scam of a company fails and is never seen or heard from again. They do not deserve to be in business.

Flowers are ordered for occasions that requires timing. This BS company never delivered and kept giving me stories made for movies to why they missed that. Scam operation and will contact visa to get a refund from these idiots
I ordered Flowers for my daughter and received a message from Blossom Flowers saying their supplies were low and they didn't have what they needed to send the flowers. But for another $66 more they could hire another florist to make the arrangement and the delivery. I said "No"! I received a message saying they had everything needed.
I had my daughter send a picture once the flowers arrived and was totally shocked at the simplicity of the bouquet.
I took the pictures to a local florist, and he told me "You got Screwed."
I went back and forth with customer service with them offering me 5% then 10% refund...I just wanted them to do the right thing and re-deliver the correct bouquet. They just flat out lied and denied my request.
My mother in law ordered flowers here for a birthday present. Never delivered flowers and when I called on her behalf I was told they would look into it. 7 days later no returned call. When I called again was told they are still looking into it. Called my mother in law's credit card company and told them and they were not going to pay. Do not use this company it's a rip off
Don't order from them! Flowers were brown, no water, they charge you a delivery fee and ask for tip for driver but are delivered by Fed Ex. Very embarrassing to send to friend and sends you a picture and they look terrible.
I ordered flowers on 6/21 for same day delivery. Got an email saying they were delivered. Got an email on 6/23 stating they needed me to choose a flower substitute, which I did, and was told the flowers would be delivered that day. As of today, 6/24, no flowers delivered, and when I called customer service the phone rang several times then disconnected. TOTAL FRAUD! DO NOT USE THEM!
I only gave this company one star because you must give them something. My husband was trying to surprise me due to him being out of town, and that was ruined. He placed the order at 9 am, and we call at 6 pm because he notice I never got them and the agent said the driver was on the way which was a lie. We called back at 8:15 pm they said the order was delivered I said to who? I didn't get any delivery I live in a gated community, and the driver didn't even call to get into my gate. We asked for a full refund, and we were told that it would be under investigation I Said the person that needs to be investigated is this company and driver for trying to take people's money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE BOGUS AND LIARS.
They pretended to be a local florist and then failed to deliver on the day promised. They clearly never intended to deliver on the date promised. No apologies. $5 discount to deliver late? No thanks. It's going to take a week to get my refund. Total scammers.
They could make a lucrative business off taking orders and your money and getting interest off the money for a week after you cancel.
The reviews I read about this company were amazing (or really for a different local business with a very similar name) until I intentionally looked for reviews to add my own. After my nightmare dealing with them unfortunately. This has got to be the absolute LOUSIEST florist in the entire universe. I live clear across the country on the west coast.from the delivery location of the flowers, so I looked online for a florist who would deliver to the east coast. I ordered for delivery today nearly a week ago. I received a text yesterday asking if I would mind substituting the flowers I selected for alternatives. I called to discuss and they told me they found another florist who had the selected flowers. I guess the call was intended to swindle more last minute funds out of me bc I ended up spending an additional 17$. I literally JUST received. ON DELIVERY DAY. A long text stating they can't deliver until Monday. I refused as TODAY is the occasion, so what good are the flowers three days late? They offered a discount or credit towards my next purchase. PLEASEEE. As if I'd ever trust them again! They've gotta be kidding me. I had to call my creditor to dispute the charges since no refund was offered. I ended up calling ******* trillion florists to find a place who delivers same-day. I luckily found ONE as everyone else said they could not& since now it's the weekend AND after 10a local time, no one's delivering nor taking orders for delivery until Monday. Please save yourself some stress and order elsewhere.
This morning I ordered online and spent $83.83 for delivery. I tracked my order around 230p and it said "delivered". I called the receiver and she never rec'd the flowers
The 877 phone number was not in service and when I selected them to call me. I did get a call in 1 minute but the ID caller read LANAI COMMUNITY HOSPITAL. The lady was rude and didn't even ask for imy order number and said hold on. She never came back so I called my bank and will report fraud

They sent wilted flowers in a broken vase. When I asked for compensation they refunded 10% of the cost of the flowers. Don't order from this company.
This is a scam! They promised a June 21,2023 delivery, only to let me know via email that it would be June 27,2023! They indicated in the email that it was too late to cancel. I wish I could give them 0 stars!

Purchased an anniversary bouquet and it was delivered exactly as blossom promised, actually looked better than website photos.
Dealt with customer service twice via telephone and e-mail- their response was prompt, courteous and accurate.
Perhaps order quality depends on the local shop used to fulfill the order? IDK.
Yea they are pretty terrible. I gave them way too many chances that they did not deserve. If you order a big bear, which is a lot more, they will send a small one without reimbursement for how much you paid for what you originally wanted. Flowers are never what they are advertising. I used them 4 different times in about three years, just overall terrible. This last time I used them was for my sisters birthday, ordered them right away in the morning, paid extra for them to be delivered by 1:00 to her job. Just for them to be hard to get ahold of when the end of the day was nearing and she still didn't receive them. Their live chat was useless along with their number. They finally called me a half hour before my sister gets off work and their drop off time to tell me they did not receive their flower shipment and if I would be fine with them delivering them the next day… after my sister's birthday. I told them I rather had been told about their issue right away, rather than when the day is over with and it's too late. I could of figured something else out with a different company. They tried to talk me into the next day delivery with a 5% discount. (Ha! Come on now!) I declined and demanded my refund. He didn't sound too happy, but they can't be upset with customers when they are the ones who are failing to please us. They are definitely a scam.
My order was never delivered. I tried calling them multiple times and never got through. I reported that delivery never came through their website and got a response back that they are 'contacting our delivery team about what happened with your order'. Then, I was basically ghosted. I requested a refund and have not gotten one yet - starting to think I never will. At this point, I am starting to wonder if this company is a scam.
Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
