We ordered an arrangement to be delivered on a family member's 94 birthday. It is of no use if delivered late. Then the day before it is to be delivered they said they didn't have the flowers available, but could do it for $25 more. Luckily, a local florist saved us and we cancelled the blossom order. Hope we get a refund, but we will fight for it. What a scam.
Not happy with the company at all. They could not deliver and/or supply when I needed it. I called on a Thursday for flowers they told me they'd be delivered that day. They did not deliver him that day they text me saying that would be the following day so I called. Cuz I did not have the right flowers I guess. So together we picked out a different bouquet supposed to be delivered Friday was not. They said Oh can we do that for Monday. I told him no. They should have been there Thursday. So they wanted to deliver him 5 days later. The company was very hard to work with. When I called I got hung up on several times. And all they wanted to give me was a $5 gift certificate for my troubles. Wow.
Ordered flowers Wednesday morning July 5th with next day commitment. After placing order told it wouldn't be delivered until Friday. It is now Friday evening and no flowers. Where are the State Attorney Generals? Awful.
This is the worst company to deal with.(Blossom Flower Delivery in Temecula) What a JOKE of a name. They don't delivery your flowers on time. I ordered flowers for a funeral and called the day of the service to make sure the flowers would be delivered on time and paid the expedited shipping fee. I spoke to Maria who said the flowers for the funeral would be delivered by 11:00 a.m. NOOOOOOO delivery was made. I called back again and spoke to Angel who said he couldn't even contact the driver! I am hoping for a promised refund but, see that might not happen due to other review. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Wow I wish I found this 1 star review before I wasted my time and money trying to send my 85 year old grandmother flowers for her birthday! What a disaster! It's been 3 days and she still has not received her flowers. The customer service department is awful and has no clue what is going on and blames the designer and their lack of supplies. I'm sorry if the order I placed was not in stock are there no other flowers in the entire shop?
Mind you. They have a ticking clock guarantee same day delivery? 3 days later and still waiting and the sad part is that the company shares the same zip code in Utah!
Can you imagine international order.
The company had no issues taking my payment but fell short in regards to notifications.

I placed an order and was contacted 3 days after the delivery date and told the item i ordered cannot be delivered but they will make something similar if i pay an additional charge.
I ordered flowers with the expectation that they would be delivered last Monday (7/3) and have had two seperate emails indicating that the delivery 'may be delayed'. Called to get more insights and they phone rings then hangs up on me. Terrible customer service!
If I could give them a negative star I would. I ordered flowers from them for a friend who lost a loved one. The order was not cheap, they sent me email later that night stating they were delivered. Of course I assumed they actually were delivered. Giving my friend space while their family grieved, a week later, I asked since nothing was ever said about the flowers... THEY NEVER RECEIVED THEM! I called Blossom customer service, for the past month regarding my refund. Needless to say I got SCAMMED. They give some BS excuse they will respond from 6am to 6pm but I have yet to receive a different response. DO NOT PURCHASE FLOWERS FROM THEM!
Blossom Flower delivery destroyed the birthday of a very special person, never delivered flowers I ordered, never let me know they not going to. Completely ignored, late in the evening they texted that they are out of flowers.
If you want the worst experience ever choose them.
Last year I ordered a bouquet of sympathy flowers for a friend that I was assured would be delivered the same day. Immediately after placing the order (and my card was charged) I was informed the order would actually be fulfilled later in the week. Ok fine, life happens I didn't get bent out of shape. Again I placed an order just recently where I was assured the order would be delivered the same day (there was even a countdown to the cutoff time until the order could be processed the same day) I placed my order, and once again immediately received an email stating that it wouldn't be delivered until later. As an added insult to injury I awoke to a call this morning from the company stating that if I wanted it delivered on that newly set date (which was already late) that I'd have to pay an additional $20 otherwise it'd be delivered even later. This company regularly employs bait and switch tactics to secure your payment before reneging and trying trying to coerce more money out of you to actually fulfill what you already paid for. Dishonest business practices. Avoid this company at all costs.
I placed an order of beautiful white roses early June 2023 for a grieving friend who lost a companion. Several days later, no delivery and was informed no white roses. I settled on cream. Still no delivery. Was told they delivered, then sorry, didn't deliver. Several phone calls and e-mails. Absolutely no response. Then finally, 2 weeks later was told they will investigate and respond. Nothing.
Then finally 6 weeks after I placed my order, was told they will deliver IF I pay more money towards the order! Total lack of understanding or compassion! This company should not be in business! I demanded a refund which I doubt will elicit any response!
Worst company I've ever dealt with. All of this in the face of someone grieving a lost companion.

I ordered my flowers for aunt memorial services for 6/30 I paid extra for the flowers to be delivered@ 9am when I made it to the church the flowers wasn't there I called & called & finally the next day they stated the flowers was deliver that day@ 7:15 pm they want give me a refund the church never received the flowers pls never use this place they are scammers.
I ordered flowers to be delivered on July 1 in honor of the one-year anniversary of the death of my brother-in-law. July 1 came and went with no flowers. I called and they said it would be there on the third. The third came and went with no flowers. They called me on the fourth to say that they were delayed. I canceled the order and gave up. Awful customer service. Do not use this business.
How is this place not shut down? It's a scam. I spent $100 on flowers for family members after multiple deaths in the family and nobody received any flowers. Really sad.
I found these guys searching the internet and clicked on their page, they said if I give them my email I will get $12.00 off my first order so I did, looked for the perfect flowers to send a family member and it took me 30 minutes, when I went to check out the coupon had expired, I called customer service to order them and ask why my coupon had expired after only 30 minutes, after all I needed time to look for the flower arrangement I wanted to send and she said let me try and when she tried it also said expired, she said she could offer me $10.00 off, I said but the coupon was for $12.00 and she said sorry all she could offer was $10.00, I placed my order and 3 times during ordering I asked if they would be delivered today and she assured me they would, I placed my order at 10:00 am, just after 7:00 pm I get an email saying my flower delivery has been rescheduled for not the next day but the following day after that! Also when I just went onto their website it said if I placed and order within 57 minutes it could still be delivered today? So why can't mine still be delivered? I will never use them again!
SCAM ARTIST: Never delivered flowers and refused a refund. Called three times and three times my status was OUT FOR DELIVERY so they couldn't confirm the flowers were never delivered and no refund could be granted. Paid extra for EXPEDITED DELIVERY before 1pm. They wouldn't refunded me that fee either. The unknown Florist they teamed up with wouldn't answer their phone calls or texts. Completely ruined my mothers birthday waiting at the house for flowers that never came.

I gave them one star because I could not give less. I asked and PAID FOR delivery before noon to a public place - always open. By 2 pm when it had not been delivered, I called: when choosing to check on my delivery, it rang once and cut me off - twice. When I finally talked with someone by acting like I wanted to order, I was put on hold for over 20 minutes and I hung up. THIS HAPPENED THREE TIMES. And their tracking app is worthless. You could say I'm a very unhappy customer.
The flower arrangement delivered was completely different than picture on their website. Website picture has pink stargazer lilies and red roses amongst the filler flowers in a glass vase. Arrangement delivered was red carnations and white daisies. This is not even close as substitute. They took my money and swicthed it with carnations and daisies. It is not worth $70. I can get better flowers at Traders Joe for far much less than $70!
The glass vase was switched to 'can' looking container.
Then they offered 20% discount for not meeting expectation. This is pretty much scammer operating as business, not even close to 'not meeting expectations'. They won't even try to solve the problem other than sorry here's your 20% discount.
Don't trust these people they charge outrageously and deliver whatever flowers they feel like even if they are completely different. About the same as throwing your money away.
Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
Answer: Cancel credit card! Spread the word, this company is a scam!
Answer: Order scraper. Pops up first in search results. Takes order and payment, then farms out To a local florist after deducting a juicy fee for themselves. DO NOT USE.
