DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I placed an order and paid a premium for same day delivery only to have my order cancelled for no reason and still have not received a refund after 2 weeks has passed. It is very difficult to get in touch with customer service and once I did, they are very unapologetic and blamed the delay i the refund on my bank and took no responsibility. I have been out this money for over 2 weeks and they do not care. Do yourself a favour and choose a different delivery service. This company is a scam.

Disgusting service!

After make a. Priority order with added fees, it took 7 days. And then Blooms delivery used Amazon to deliver instead of their own service. I have seen the picture of the flowers they are not Wow quality like the blabbering bimbo told me they would; do extra beautiful since they screwed up. Well they came in a hot box with no moisture. Save face and close this business down. I am not done bashing.

Bait and Switch

I ordered an arrangement for same day delivery and 2 1/2 hours later was asked to pay an additional 50% because of supply issues. It seems this is their way of making more money. With the time lapsed it was almost impossible to find a service to deliver the same day. It is my first and last time using them.

Not as described

Same day flowers ordered, what was delivered was not as described in the photo on the website. An arrangement showed up for my mothers birthday, supposed be pink, mostly, but was purple and orange. Very disappointed. Emailed customer service. Sent photo. Offered me $5. Insulting. Don't waste your time or money ordering from here. ESP same day service, your recipient will be happier waiting an extra day for prettier flowers.

The company said they would deliver flowers by 1pm. I tried calling multiple times, and was repeatedly told the driver was in their way.
The flowers never showed up. Compete scam.

This was the worst experience ever. They charged me extra for expedited shipping. Then ten minutes before the deadline they email me asking for more money and saying that they will get the order out the next day. This was going to my fiancée's place of work for our anniversary. She wouldn't be at work tomorrow and it would be too late for the anniversary any way. So I want a refund and I am told that will take six days. Horrible service wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I wanted to rate -50 stars but google says I have to give atleast 1.
I ordered flowers at 6 am today to be delivered "today". For my girlfriends and I anniversary I paid a grand total of $130 CAN
I get a email 6 hours later saying that my delivery will be scheduled for the next day

I call and ask the reason why my delivery will not be today and they tell me that the flowers I ordered the "store does not have". They waited 6 hours to tell me that. But the icing on the cake was the guy saying that he can offer a $10 credit towards my next delivery.

10/10 worst company!

Ordered flowers for delivery on 6/15 for my Mother's 70th birthday and they failed to deliver. Called customer service and they were no help and could not provide a status of any kind. The customer service representative sounded like he was on his personal cell phone outside and I could hear a rooster crowing in the background. Not the type of service expected and regretting I did not order from a trustworthy company.

My mother order sunflowers for me. I received gerber daisies and other yellow daisies. Tried to rectify it through customer service. They refused to help me. Their website descriptions are wrong and their customer service stinks. They also charged an exorbitant amount! Eliminate the middle man and google a local florist and call them directly so you won't be overcharged and given the wrong product.

Horrible experience

I placed an order online for funeral flowers on 6/12 to be delivered on 6/15. After providing all the details on their intake form when I received the confirmation email, all of the information was incorrect including the delivery date. I had to call them to have the information corrected. I called again the day before the service to check to make sure everything was in order to be delivered in time for the service and I was assured that the flowers would be delivered to the church later the same day, the after prior to the service. On the morning of their service, and 30 min before the start time, I got a call from them asking for my approval to substitute flowers as they didn't have what I had ordered. They hadn't even started the order! I was appalled but Mayra assured me that they would still be delivered on time. I asked the people at the service to check if the flowers were there and they were not. I talked to Mayra again at 1:30 and asked for a refund. She wanted to give me $5 off and suggested that the arrangement be sent to someone's home. I told her no, that I wanted a refund and told her how unprofessional this experience has been - she hung up on me.

I ordered a large Calming Comfort - Premium arrangement for a friend who just traveled to New York to bury her mother after a long and painful illness. I paid for the largest premium upgrade, shipping service fee, handling fee, expedited delivery fee and gave a nice tip (even after all these additional charges). Totaled $117.22. When I received a photo of the flowers I was highly embarrassed and disappointed with the size of what was delivered to my friend who was having a very difficult time. What I paid for was nothing like the photo they used to advertise the arrangement, it was much much smaller (Photos attached). I contact their customer service for a refund for the difference in size arrangement, they offered me a very small refund and multiple copied and pasted apologies that were not genuine. Shop else where, this company clearly takes advantage of people ordering from out of state, you will not get what you pay for.

I ordered flowers to someone in the hospital. The site said they could be delivered that day. But then I got an email saying they didn't have the exact arrangement I'd requested and could they provide a similar one. I approved that but it was clear it wouldn't get there that day. The next morning, I woke up to an email saying that they were having supply issues and that it would need to be delivered by a partner florist but that they'd need an additional $15 to complete the order! At this point they had me over a barrel so I actually paid the money but called to complain and ask for a guarantee that they'd be delivered that morning which they were not able to give me. I have NEVER had a business require extra money for something after an order has gone through. And the fact that the help center on the phone was able to do nothing to compensate me is insane. DON'T USE this service.

The product that was delivered was nowhere near what was described to me as what was being purchased. I ordered a balloon to go with the bouquet I sent out and it was not delivered. They tried to offer me a $10 refund of the bouquet- I said no. They then said they would refund me 10% of the bouquet and the missing balloon- which was not acceptable to me at all. I am very dissatisfied with this company and will never use them again or recommend this company to anyone else. Customer service reps were not helpful at all. A complete disgrace of a company!

First of all, I am disgusted at your business practices. Instead of replacing the item with something of similar value, you try to charge me $70.00 more! Almost double the cost of the original order. Then when I refused, you offer half that amount.

Second, you offer to change the date to3 days later but can only deliver it to a home address, not the hospital? And that someone can just deliver it. How does that even make sense? I could have done that originally if that was a possibility. But hey I can get a 10 dollar coupon for my next purchase?

Third, the customer service representative was told that I was extremely busy at the moment she called and I would have to call back. She refused that answer and continually interrupted me and told me that was not possible. So I told them to handle it and I hung up. She then called back 3 more times and I finally had to answer. I was I. The middle of moving my daughter out of her apartment in Winston Salem, NC and was carrying furniture down the stairs! Your customer service is terrible.

I am extremely disappointed in your service. I will be leaving negative reviews on your website and any other platform that I can find.

Supposedly I will be getting a refund but that has yet to happen.

To my 500 plus people gathered, surprised no ribbon with my name nor from whom it was. Total embrassment not only to the living but to the dead. If ever order their service good luck. Ordered rush delivery of flowers for the 2nd of June. They marked them delivered. Ended up calling the client and asking if they saw them. They informed us that there were no flowers. The email the next day was that they were unable to deliver them but marked delivered anyway. Spent 4 hours on the phone yesterday (June 5th) reassured they'd be delivered by 9pm. Spoiler alert, They were not delivered and the order hasn't even been made. Took our money, have not delivered product and are giving us the run around. You'd have better luck ordering from the other side of the country than using this business. They're trash, their customer service is trash, response is trash and communication is trash at best.
