Flowers never got delivered. Called 17 times was disconnected every time. Emailed them twice. 18th phone call someone answered she said she was putting me on the line with the driver. 40 minutes on hold just another rep answered. Still dont have the flowers i ordered. Oh bye the way when i call them my phone lights up red with a spam warning. Never again.
I tried contacting them in numerous platforms with no response! What a fraud. The email links don't work. I feel I was conned. I can't even track the package delivery.
I placed an order this morning 9am or just before; I paid extra to have the delivery to the funeral home the early delivery by 1pm; all was great!
I then get an email at 12:33pm advising they cannot fill my order as deliveries have not come in; and they are sourcing out to their partner florist who will do it; however, it will cost extra. I already paid in USD prices of close to $200. And now they want more to fill my order.
I emailed back advising I understood things happen; however; they should cover the cost as I was supposed to have this delivered within the next 30minutes and that was not going to happen, and I paid extra for that. No reply back for an hour.
I called the customer service line; and they told me I needed to pay the extra or it can't be done, as the florist only has designer flowers and its more expensive; and there were no other options. Absolutely disgusting customer service, this was for a funeral and no sympathy, wanted extra money.
I cancelled my order in utter shock and very rattled.
I called another florist and thank goodness they were very helpful and are getting my order out.
They did advise me that this Blossom Flower company is a call center; and what they do is they make you pay, then they call around to difference florists and tell them that they received like half of what you actually paid; and then of course the florist advises not enough money. So this is when they come back to you advising they need more money!
Watch out, I AM WARNING YOU THIS IS A SCAM; please do not order from here, absolutely the worst experience
I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday which was today. At the end of the day I was informed that they did not have any stock to send to here. Even substitutes and it would be at least 2 days before they could deliver anything. They didn't know that at the beginning of the day and let me know so I could have made different arrangements. Go somewhere else!
This company is a total scam. You can't even leave a review on their website so all reviews that are on there that are 4 or f5 or fake. I wish I would have done a deep dive into this company before I placed my order. All real reviews on this company are a 1 only because you can't do 0. The Better Business Bureau rating is horrible. Most people don't receive their flowers and if they do, it's like a single rose instead of a vase full of roses. And the ones that get flowers are the lucky ones, I guess you can call it lucky at least they got something. When you try to call to track your order or cancel or complain, they cut you off and hang up on you. And that is after you hold for between 5 and 15 minutes. I tried to cancel my order online, but it appears it won't cancel. I did call my credit card company and file a dispute for the charge. Do yourself a favor and use a reputable company like 1-800-flowers or another company that is well known, s save yourself a headache of dealing with this scam company to get your money back.
Ordered and found deliver time and date to be deceptive, were not delivered on day requested, 2 hours on phone with CS was no help, seemed driver had no GPS and may have gone to wrong address, so were rescheduled for delivery the following day. They did arrive the next day, I'd already paid another florist as I could not get answers from Blossom, so $220 later, I got 2 deliveries sent to her for the following day. Was difficult as the following day she was not at home, she'd been home all day the day of promised deivery, flowers were nice though once they did arrive.
Flowers were not delivered for event! No call to give me time to get some from at least Walmarts! Phone call from their representative phone id said St Joseph Med! Calling my bank!
I am embarrassed beyond words!
Tried to order flowers for my 91 year old Aunts funeral- They flowers did not arrive- Tried to offer me 10.00 credit and to deliver them late- UNACCEPTABLE- Would not advise using this scam company-

This company is completely unreliable. Don't buy anything from this website and expect it to arrive. I ordered a funeral arrangement for my family, and after ordering I read some reviews, and began to get worried so I called to check on my order. I was assured there would be no issues, they verified all the details and I hung up the phone thinking it was fine. Then the day of I checked on my order, and it didn't look like it had been delivered so I called again, the lady assured me 100% it had been delivered. So I again hung up and felt relieved. Later that night, after the funeral, I found out my flowers had not been delivered.
The thing is, this company plans to not deliver your flowers. I checked my email and had received a stupid email asking to verify details of my order…this is their planned excuse to "not be able to deliver" your flowers. I just happened to have called multiple times which then didn't allow them to get away with not delivering. However this company takes NO responsibility for ruining your events. They don't care. They don't do anything they promise. You'll have to file complaints and spend hours on the phone waiting to talk to someone who will do nothing to help. Don't use them
I have niece who recently lost her husband /children's father, February 14,2023
Called, confirmed choice for arrangement of living plants basket, dictated over phone words to be written on condolence card, paid for and assured delivery following day.
Despite five separate phone calls and several e-mails and plenty of lip service, i have requested a refund and as of today, still waiting.
I called niece to confirm delivery, no delivery 6 days later.
Called and inquired as to why no completed delivery, delivery driver apparently fell ill and no immediate replacement.
I said deliver when you get a driver, said I understand.
Called about a week later, still no delivery, I asked why nobody had even phoned to let me know of more delay and could not get any kind of answer, they agreed to phone my niece and personally verify I had paid for flowers to be delivered and did so.
Nearly 1 week later niece confirmed they had phoned and would deliver the following day.
No delivery again.
Niece called May 10, no delivery once again.
I phoned and canceled order and requested refund May 23,2023
From March 2 to now, 92 days and waiting for refund since May 24,2023.
Refund assured 2-6 business days, day ten tomorrow.
My personal rating out of ten, zero!

I've tried to use this company a few times and their orders are always delivered days late, even when ordered well in advance. I tried to get a refund on an order on which they had substituted what I wanted for something else, and was 3 days late, and was told I couldn't get a refund. Terrible customer service, terrible company.
I ordered flowers. Their website says they offer same day delivery even. Flowers did not arrive when they were supposed to and I got an email saying they were delayed a day. The following day I was called and when I called back I was on hold for over 30 min. I will not order from this establishment again EVER. I highly recommend Bruce Phelp Florist in Windsor. Perfect service ALL the time.
I tried to send my mom flowers for her birthday yesterday and they canceled my first order and told me it was due to not having any of the items in stock and that I would be refunded. So then I put in a second order and it took them 4 hours and after she had already left her office for the day to tell me they wouldn't be sending her flowers but would complete the order the following day upon my approval. Then I received a phone call that they wanted an additional $30 on an $87 order for someone else to deliver it for them because they couldn't do it. I told them that my entire experience with them had been a hassle and I didn't really feel I should have to pay anything extra. So they said they'd pay 1/2 of the extra costs or "maybe" be able to deliver it tomorrow for no cost.
I will not be ordering from them again.
I ordered flowers for my moms birthday and I chose flourist choice for $50 because all of the pictured bouquets on the website for $50 looked great. What I actually got was what appeared to be the SCRAPS from all of the other days bouquets that were made. None of the flowers matched or went together at all, they were the ugliest cheapest flowers you could even find, and they were thrown into the vase without a care in the world. I have emailed the company now several times trying to get my money back to no avail and have not even gotten a response. I would NOT recommend at all!
We ordered flowers for my mom after a major surgery. They were to be delivered on Friday May 26,2023. Flowers never arrived. I placed a call to customer service they promised delivery by Monday May 29,2023. It is now May 31st and still no delivery and when tracked they have them listed as delivered. Their customer service is beyond horrible. When you call in the line answers then just disconnects. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
DO NOT USE! Placed an order for a celebration of life service and paid extra for guaranteed delivery. Not delivered, not notified. I emailed a week later asking for invoice as the charge was showing on my cc. They advised (A WEEK AFTER SCHEDULED DELIVERY) that they could not get them there in time and they could reroute them to the home. I cancelled order and asked for a refund. If I had not reached out no one had any plans to let me know that the delivery was not made, but the payment was processed. DO NOT USE!
Presents itself as a Canadian company then quotes in Canadian dollars for an order from Alberta to BC. Upon billing Mastercard a slight of hand making it an American dollars purchase. At an excessive exchange rate I might add. Then have the nerve to charge an international fee as a seperate billing.
Not a positive way of doing business,.

Ordered an arrangement for my sister birthday. When she sent me a photo of delivery I was shocked. It was nothing but embarrassment. Contacted the customer service, they offered 15% refund. Pathetic business. Stay away!
Founds a florist called Sunny Flower Delivery online that was supposed to be in Kentucky near where I needed the flowers to be delivered. When I called the number on the website it was to Blossom Flower Delivery - they assured me they are the same company.
Ordered a nice basket of spring flowers for a birthday to be delivered nearby their supposed location.
The next morning I got a text and email saying they had problems with their flower suppliers and will need to send my order to another florist, but they want $20 more - so they will split the "cost" with me and only asked for $10 more. I fought hard to get this situation resolved, couldn't get a manager, said the flowers were already being prepared, so I ended up paying another $10, but they basically held the flowers hostage until I did. Horrible business practice. Never was able to speak to management, only these oozing sweet girls on the phone from who knows where. Pass them by!
Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
Answer: Cancel credit card! Spread the word, this company is a scam!
Answer: Order scraper. Pops up first in search results. Takes order and payment, then farms out To a local florist after deducting a juicy fee for themselves. DO NOT USE.
