They wait until 3:00pm on the day of delivery to tell me that that they "didn't get their delivery" and they have to charge me and extra $10 to get it to my friend in the hospital (who just had chemo) but because they are so great they are only going to charge me $5 to use another florist! What?! I bet they don't ever get a delivery ever! And they charged my credit card for $101! THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE
Horrible flowers horrible customer service, ypthey just don't care.send dead flowers will not respond…beautiful picture flowers arrive with no similarity and mostly dead. Needed for internment so no possibility of even getting something from reputable company. This company needs to be stopped. Class Action suit needs to be filed
Ordered Flowers for Mothers Day. They said they were delivered in an email... they were not delivered. Customer service said they would look into it. They insisted they were delivered buy cannot prove it. They are not willing to refund... This is a scam.
It's all been said before. Placed an order 5/24 morning for same day delivery. Was told it would be delivered the next day, the 25th. Then today, received an email that they are still "out of flower" and would deliver on May 31st - ONE WEEK AFTER MY ORIGINAL ORDER. Hold times are ridiculous and chat people never respond. I just wasted 40 minutes of my day on this $#*!hole "store" which is most likely a virtual front for a total scam.
$100 order that was placed for a family members graduation that included an upcharge for expedited delivery before 1pm. I received a call 2.5 hours before delivery informing me that they didn't have the flowers I ordered as their supplier was late and I would need to pay an additional $40 for them to use a different supplier...lol. Alternatively the flowers could be delivered at a different date or they could give a different arrangement for same day that they will TRY to deliver before 1pm. In trying to work with them and asking for a sample of the new design and the flowers being used, I was informed that they couldn't give that to me because their supplier is delayed which also meant the expedited charge was of no use because 1pm was no guaranty. BUT they could give me a $10 coupon for future use - not interested!. So instead of providing service that would get the customer to return, they opted to have their customer pay additional costs for their suppliers issues and if not trust the design they chose with no information that would confirm design and quality is of the same price as well as no guaranty that it would be delivered same day. Kindly refund my money, clearly they have no understanding of building customer loyalty.
I ordered a dozen roses for my wife to be delivered to our home. The first text message from Blossom was saying they could not deliver the roses without her telephone number. Okay. On the day of delivery, after the roses should have already been delivered, they called to verify my address. And then Blossom informed me that they had a supply chain issue and needed another $15 to deliver the roses. So apparently $15 can solve a supply chain issue. Sure it can! I canceled the order. Blossom Flower Delivery is a deceitful clown show. They are beyond pitiful. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
I paid over $100 for Lillies for Mother's Day delivery. They weren't delivered until over a week later. I was told their vendors were severely back ordered so they changed my order to a very simple, cheap and generic looking substitute. Did not give me any refund or discount. When you call customer service it hangs up on you or goes to voicemail. I left 2 messages and it took them days to call me back. Absolutely unacceptable. Hope they go out of business as they are using unethical tactics to generate revenue.
The other reviews are right... This company IS a scam. I placed an order for my neighbor on May 20th. Apparently, when I placed that order, I somehow entered an incorrect address. (Blossom Flower claims I selected the "auto fill" option on my device.) Even if that were the case, and that is what happened, (which is totally on me if I did), I didn't receive a copy of the invoice showing my purchase and the details of my order until a day AFTER the bouquet was supposed to be delivered, which was scheduled for May 22nd, and AFTER I had to email AND place a phone call to Blossom Delivery following up on the order because I didn't know if the order was received or not. (I didn't want to text my neighbor and ask her in case she hadn't received them and ruin the surprise.)
After finally getting someone on the phone, it was only then that Blossom indicated to me that the delivery had been delivered. But when I asked them to confirm the address, it was then that I discovered they had the wrong address all the time. When I asked them how that address was inputted, they claimed it was what they had on file. I asked them to prove it. The invoice I should have received immediately after making the purchase suddenly and magically appeared in my email inbox... 4 days later. When I asked them why I didn't receive this invoice immediately after placing the order on May 20th, all they repeated was "our records show this email was sent to you on May 20th" but they couldn't prove it. Nor would they when I asked them to.
If ALL that isn't bad enough, they offered to do nothing to help rectify the situation. NOTHING at all. As a business owner myself, this absolutely baffles me. This company is a joke and I will NEVER purchase from them again.
Delivery late. Scared my elderly parents to death with a 11:23 PM delivery. ABSOLUTELY nothing like what I ordered. Did not abide by their own Substitution Policy. Posting to help others not fall for their tricks!
Apologies for an error 100% on your part with absolutely no offer to appease is actually absurd. As I stated many times in these correspondences, I did everything I could, and you failed. I cancelled within a half hour. I sat on hold for a very long time for the rep to ensure the order was indeed cancelled. It was confirmed and I was assured that I would be receiving a refund onto my VISA card in 5-7 days.
How can the order have been completed AFTER it was confirmed as cancelled. Any errors in this process fall 100% on t=you and your processes and in no way should cost me a dime.
I expect something more that an "I am sorry, but it's gonna cost ya $100"
Huge fail on your part that will now be blasted onto every review site I can find.

These unprofessional people MISSED my Mother's birthday gift delivery, and then tried to charge me MORE MONEY to complete the delivery two days later. Unreal. The worst flower delivery business I have ever dealt with. Do not order from this awful company.
DO NOT PURCHASE FLOWERS from BLOSSOM. $96 flowers ordered and promised by blossom for Mother's Day, the 13-14. Flowers finally came Friday, May 19th after I canceled the order and my mom refused them by phone call and text. Now, Blossom is saying that they will give me a $5.00 refund for the flowers being 5-6 days late. Their excuses are it being a busy holiday and not enough drivers, both of which were problems they know about all along. They should have never allowed me to make an order they could not fill.
They didn't deliver the flowers on time and so I set up a new day for delivery. They have been pestering me. They called again, it's delayed again. What a horrible flower delivery service. Cancelled!
I ordered flowers for Mother's day, an instant charge to my credit card followed by no confirmation info or email, and no flower delivery! Without a confirm order number there's no way to follow up online, and the tele help line just drops calls as soon as connected. Will follow up for a rebate from my credit card co., but save the hassle and avoid this scam!
This is was the worst experience I've ever had. They delayed my order by 5 days and then cancelled my order without my permission. I paid over $100 to have them delivered early. This did not happen. I called each day and it was another excuse. They Only offered me $15 in a coupon. How can you run a company and not offer refunds for the companies own screw ups. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM
I placed an order for bouquet delivery to a relative in a nursing home on a significant birthday. Following a lengthy discussion with the vendor about delivery date and location, I was notified on the morning of the delivery date that delivery would occur at the earliest three days later. Blossom offered a $5 reduction in delivery fee. I cancelled the order and found a local florist who was able to fulfill a same day delivery request. Refund will take 6+ days. Do not bother with Blossom Flower Delivery unless you have time to be disappointed and redo your order with another company.
They delivered the wrong plant. A present for my Wife and it's the wrong plant. I will have to sue them to get my money back. There is a photo of the "Poinsettia" they sent.
Ordered a plant for a funeral service to be delivered, received notification they could not complete delivery after the service was over. I provided an address for the plant to be delivered two days later, and the plant 6 days later still has not been delivered. Called to request a refund and was told they would have to investigate. Finally got frustrated so I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. The only reason I rated one star is because zero stars was not an option.
Finally got my refund processed - and they only provide a 20% refund for dead dlowers.

Soo. This is what happened, we ordered and paid for a bunch of flowers for our daughters 30 th birthday. We live in Australia she lives In America. Then got email from blossom that they couldn't deliver because supply issues. So asked if it would be good the deliver a few days later. Didn't like it but sure and I replayed. Then they said replay was too late and it was going to be delivered a week later! That's what happened. I sent them a few emails and asked them how they could solve this and give a refund maybe. Didn't hear from them, o yes ones. Saying that there store was closed for the week end and I had to email them on Monday?! Absolutely ridiculous… Didn't hear from them after that. So if u like to sent your loved one flowers that come a week late, use blossom, guarantee you it will work out fine. If you want your flowers delivered on time please don't use them. $100,00 Australian dollars down the drain for us! How many stars do they get? What do u recon? NONE!
Answer: Scam at best...horrible customer service Ordered Funeral Flowers for Brother in Law 48 hrs before service after 4 calls they give you the same song and dance about contacting the driver.I can't imagine a delivery driver running around with an expensive arrangement and not trying to contact me or the funeral home.
Answer: They claimed Saturday delivery. Total lie. They texted me on Saturday saying there was an issue with their supplier and they would deliver Monday. Also a total lie.
